Thread rolling dies apparatus for a thread rolling machine

Abstract

A thread rolling dies apparatus for a thread rolling machine discloses a positioning channel formed between a first and second dies, and using a sensitive member placed in the channel and lower than the top of the channel touches with an alert driving member to make the thread rolling machine stopped when the inclined head is generated. The thread rolling dies apparatus for a thread rolling machine could inspect the wasters after the head rolling process to effectively decrease the fail off rate and enhance the quality of the product.

I claim:  
     
         1 . A thread rolling dies apparatus for a thread rolling machine comprising: 
 a first dies being fastened on the thread rolling machine; and    a second dies being driven rectilinear motion;    wherein the second dies parallelizes with the first dies and between them has a path, and the first and second dies individually has a thread rolling plane for forming a screw thread and the planes is deposited opposite;    wherein the top of the first dies has a positioning channel closing the end of the path, and the channel comprises an inspective means that comprises an insulated layer, which includes a sensitive member and an alert driving member electrically connects to the sensitive member, on the bottom, and the sensitive member is lower than the top of the second dies.    
     
     
         2 . A thread rolling dies apparatus for a thread rolling machine comprising: 
 a first dies being fastened on the thread rolling machine; and    a second dies being driven rectilinear motion;    wherein the second dies parallelizes with the first dies and between them has a path, and the first and second dies individually has a thread rolling plane for forming a screw thread and the planes is deposited opposite;    wherein the top of the second dies has a positioning channel closing the end of a material in a thread rolling process, and the channel comprises an inspective means that comprises an insulated layer, which includes a sensitive member and an alert driving member electrically connects to the sensitive member, on the bottom, and the sensitive member is lower than the top of the second dies.    
     
     
         3 . The thread rolling dies apparatus for a thread rolling machine as  claim 1 , wherein the first dies oppositely deposits two head rolling planes, and each plane includes a inspective means.  
     
     
         4 . The thread rolling dies apparatus for a thread rolling machine as  claim 2 , wherein the second dies oppositely deposits two head rolling planes, and each plane includes a inspective means.
