Abstract
A frame construction, for a low-rise building, in which a construction surface member 13 is bonded to a lower frame member, vertical frame members and an upper frame member formed of thin light-gauge section steel to construct a wall frame panel and a girder for supporting a roof is constructed by a heavyweight steel frame such as a H-shaped section steel or a channel and wherein the upper end of the upper wall frame panel is coupled to a beam provided at the upper end of the wall frame panel by fastener means formed of a bolt or a hold-down fastener.

18 . A frame construction arrangement for a low-rise building, comprising:
a lower frame member, an upper frame member and vertical frame members forming a wall frame panel, the frame members including thin light-gauge section steel; and a girder coupled to an upper end of the wall frame panel via a coupling arrangement, the girder including heavyweight steel, and the coupling arrangement including at least one of bolts and hold-down fasteners.
19 . The arrangement according to claim 18 , further comprising a reinforcement steel column.
20 . The arrangement according to claim 18 , wherein the wall frame panel is structured by fixing at least one of a construction surface member and a brace to the lower frame member, the upper frame member and the vertical frame members.
21 . The arrangement according to claim 18 , wherein the girder includes channel steel, and the channel steel is coupled to the upper frame member by the bolts.
22 . The arrangement according to claim 21 , further comprising a horizontal member, wherein the channel steel is coupled to the upper frame member using a hold-down fastener positioned so that the horizontal member is provided on the upper side of the arrangement.
23 . The arrangement according to claim 18 , wherein the girder includes H-shaped steel, and the H-shaped steel is coupled to the upper frame member by the bolts.
24 . The arrangement according to claim 23 , further comprising a horizontal member, and wherein the H-shaped steel is coupled to the upper frame member using a hold-down fastener positioned so that the horizontal member is provided on an upper side of the arrangement.
25 . A frame construction arrangement for a low-rise building having an opening in a wall thereof, comprising:
a component being at least one of a construction surface member and a brace; frame members composed of thin light-gauge section steel coupled to the component to form a wall frame panel; and a girder provided above the wall frame panel adapted to support at least one of a floor panel and a roof, wherein the girder is formed from section steel and coupled to at least one of a force-resisting panel and the floor panel via bolts, and wherein a section above the opening excludes a lintel so that the opening extends to an area directly beneath the girder.
26 . The arrangement according to claim 25 , further comprising a reinforcement member provided in a channel of the girder.

The arrangement according to claim 25 , wherein a section of the girder is provided on a surface of the wall having the opening extending parallel to beams, wherein the section is formed of a channel steel disposed so that a web thereof extends in a vertical direction, and wherein a lateral side of at least one of the beams is adapted to contacts a back surface of the web of the channel steel and coupled to the back surface by the bolts.

The arrangement according to claim 25 , wherein a section of the girder is provided on a surface of the wall having the opening and extending parallel to beams, wherein the section is formed of a H-shaped steel disposed so that a web thereof extends in a vertical direction, and wherein a lateral side of at least one of the beams is adapted to contact a web surface of the H-shaped steel and coupled to the web surface by the bolts.

The arrangement according to claim 25 , wherein a section of the girder is provided on a surface of the wall having the opening extending vertical to beams, wherein the section is formed of a channel steel disposed so that a web thereof extends in a vertical direction, and wherein an end of at least one of the beams is placed on an upper surface of an upper flange of the channel steel and coupled to the upper surface by the bolts.

The arrangement according to claim 25 , wherein a section of the girder is provided on a surface of the wall having the opening extending vertical to beams, wherein the section is formed of a H-shaped steel disposed so that a web thereof extends in a vertical direction, and wherein an end of at least one of the beams is placed on an upper surface of an upper flange of the H-shaped steel and coupled to the upper surface by the bolts.
31 . A frame construction arrangement for a low-rise building having an opening in a wall thereof, comprising:
a component being at least one of a construction surface member and a brace; frame members of thin light-gauge section steel couple to the component to form a wall frame panel; and a girder provided above the wall frame panel adapted to support at least one of a floor panel and a roof, wherein the girder is formed of a plurality of thin light-gauge section steel members that are arranged in a close proximity, and coupled to at least one of a force-resisting panel and the floor panel via bolts, and wherein a section above the opening excludes a lintel so that the opening extends to an area directly beneath the girder.
32 . The arrangement according to claim 31 , further comprising a reinforcement member provided in a channel of the girder.
33 . The arrangement according to claim 31 , wherein a set of the steel members is provided on the wall surface having the opening extending parallel to beams, wherein the set of the steel members is disposed so that a web thereof extends in a vertical direction, and wherein a lateral side of at least one of the beams is adapted to contact an inner surface of the web and coupled to the inner surface by the bolts.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
