Abstract

An exercise machine for exercising the arms and legs with a seat height adjustable to a lower and a upper position, in the lower position a preacher rest is also provided which places the elbow joint of the user when sitting on the seat in line with a pivot. Members are attached to the pivot which the user rotates to exercise his arms. The seat in the upper position places the knee joint of the user, when seated on the seat with the preacher rest removed, in line with the pivot members are then rotated about the pivot by the user bending his legs about the knee. Resistance to the exercise is provided rotation of the pivot.
