Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An apparatus for mounting a handle on a trunk, the apparatus including:
a base secured to the trunk and pivotally connected with the handle; and a mount secured to the trunk and pivotally connected with the handle.
2 . The apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the mount is a frame defining a hole through which the handle extends
3 . The apparatus according to claim 1 further including a joint for pivotally connecting the handle with the base.
4 . The apparatus according to claim 3 wherein the joint defines a hole for receiving the handle.
5 . The apparatus according to claim 4 wherein the joint defines a recess for receiving a boss formed on the handle, thus keeping the handle in the joint.
6 . The apparatus according to claim 3 wherein the base includes two ears each defining a hole, and the joint includes two bosses each inserted in the hole of one of the ears, thus pivotally mounting the joint on the base.
7 . The apparatus according to claim 1 further including a joint put in the hole of the mount for pivotally connecting the handle with the mount.
8 . The apparatus according to claim 7 wherein the joint defines a hole for receiving the handle.
9 . The apparatus according to claim 8 wherein the joint defines a recess for receiving a boss formed on the handle, thus keeping the handle in the joint.
10 . The apparatus according to claim 7 wherein the mount includes two ears each defining a hole, and the joint includes two bosses each inserted in the hole of one of the ears, thus pivotally mounting the joint on the mount.
11 . The apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the handle includes a tube connected with the base and the mount, a rod inserted in the tube and a grip secured to the rod.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
