Abstract
An electrical hand tool machine ( 1 ) having an assembly ( 2 ) vibrating along an axis of vibration (A), a non-contacting electrical manual control switch ( 3 ) with an operating means ( 4 ) and a sensor switch ( 5 ), wherein the sensor switch ( 5 ) is connected non-vibrating with an at least pivotable switching means carrier ( 6 ), whose axis of pivot (S) is oriented along the axis of vibration (A) and which can be manually controlled by the operating means via a pivot transmitting means ( 7 ) that is limited axially displaceable

1 . An electrical hand tool machine having an assembly ( 2 ) vibrating along an axis of vibration (A), a non-contacting electrical manual control switch ( 3 ) with an operating means ( 4 ) and a sensor switch ( 5 ), wherein the sensor switch ( 5 ) is connected non-vibrating with an at least pivotable switching means carrier ( 6 ) with an axis of pivot (S) oriented along the axis of vibration (A) and being manually controlled by the operating means via a pivot transmitting means ( 7 ) that is limited axially displaceable along the axis of vibration (A).
2 . The electrical hand tool machine of claim 1 , wherein the switching means carrier ( 6 ) and the operating means ( 4 ) form a rotationally pivoting coupling ( 7 ).
3 . The electrical hand tool machine of claim 1 , wherein a transformation of movement between the operating means ( 4 ) and the switching means ( 6 ) results by virtue of an appropriate geometry of the coupling guide ( 9 ).
4 . The electrical hand tool machine of claim 1 , wherein the sensor switch ( 5 ) is connected to the vibrating assembly ( 2 ).
5 . The electrical hand tool machine of claim 1 , wherein the switching means carrier ( 6 ) is a bilateral limited rotationally pivotable swivel contactor.
6 . The electrical hand tool machine of claim 1 , wherein the switching means carrier ( 6 ) is stable in at least one switching position relative to the sensor switch ( 5 ).
7 . The electrical hand tool machine of claim 6 , wherein a flat spring ( 14 ) for biasing the switching position is arranged between the switching means carrier ( 6 ) and the sensor switch ( 5 ).
8 . The electrical hand tool machine of claim 1 , wherein the switching means ( 13 ) is a permanent magnet and the sensor switch ( 5 ) is a Hall sensor switch.
9 . The electrical hand tool machine of claim 2 , wherein the rotationally pivoting coupling ( 7 ) is a coupling pin ( 8 ) protruding axially eccentric from the switching means carrier ( 6 ).
10 . The electrical hand tool machine of claim 9 , wherein the coupling pin ( 8 ) engages in a coupling guide ( 9 ) of the operating means ( 4 ).
11 . The electrical hand tool machine of claim 4 , wherein the sensor switch ( 5 ) is cased directly in a motor control electronics ( 12 ).
