Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A decorative shredded material, comprising:
a plurality of decorative strips, said strips formed from a sheet of material having an upper surface, a lower surface, an outer periphery, a length and a width, the sheet of material having a printed pattern disposed on a portion of one of the upper and lower surfaces thereof and oriented along the length and along the width of the sheet of material so that the printed pattern is contained within a specified, predetermined area on the sheet of material such that when the sheet of material is shredded into the decorative shredded material, only a predetermined complete pattern is contained on each decorative strip and wherein each decorative strip is substantially free of incomplete, irregular, unclear or cut-apart patterns.
2 . The decorative shredded material of claim 1 wherein the sheet of material is constructed from a material selected from the group consisting of paper, foil, polymer film, fabric, fiber, burlap, cloth, and any combination thereof.
3 . A decorative shredded material, comprising:
a plurality of decorative elements, said elements formed from a sheet of material having an upper surface, a lower surface, an outer periphery, a length and a width, the sheet of material having a printed pattern disposed on a portion of one of the upper and lower surfaces thereof and oriented along the length and along the width of the sheet of material so that the printed pattern is contained within a specified, predetermined area on the sheet of material such that when the sheet of material is shredded into the decorative shredded material, only a predetermined complete pattern is contained on each decorative element and wherein each decorative element is substantially free of incomplete, irregular, unclear or cut-apart patterns.
4 . The decorative shredded material of claim 3 wherein the sheet of material is constructed from a material selected from the group consisting of paper, foil, polymer film, fabric, fiber, burlap, cloth, and any combination thereof.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
