Toilet seat with therapeutic features

Abstract

A toilet seat has been designed which enables the user to exert pressure on a specific group of muscles at the base of the coccyx to assist in evacuation.

What I claim as my invention is:  
     
         1 . A toilet seat designed such that the user can place tension and/or pressure on specific muscles of the Ischip-rectal region during expiration from the lower bowel.  
     
     
         2 . A toilet seat as in  claim 1 , in which the central area at the rear of the seat is brought forward such that controlled pressure can be applied continuously or intermittently to the specific area of the external sphincter muscle, the coccyx muscle and the inner sphincter muscle, so as to slightly deform the bowel without expending a stressful amount of force during evacuation.  
     
     
         3 . A toilet seat as in  claim 1 , in which the leading edge of the opening at the rear of the seat is a chord or curve across a sector of up to 75 degrees of the opening so as to place pressure on a broad area of the buttocks and hence the muscles in the rectal region.  
     
     
         4 . A toilet seat as in  claim 2  in which a device providing multiple functions can be attached to a toilet seat to manipulate the muscles in the Ischip-rectal region in the same manner as in  claim 2.
