Abstract

Disclosed is a suction device having a magnet, which has a magnet contained in a suction device body made from rubber, so that it can be attached even to wood, cement wall surface, and so forth, to which a conventional suction device cannot be attached, thereby remarkably increasing the range of objects to which the suction device can be attached. The suction device includes a conical suction device body made from soft rubber and a magnet inserted in an apex portion of the suction device body. The magnet has a magnetic force of a predetermined gauss.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A suction device having a magnet, comprising:
a suction device body 100 having a conical shape and being made from soft rubber, thereby providing a suction force after the suction device body is elastically compressed against an object; and a magnet 130 inserted into an apex portion 110 of the suction device body 100 and having a magnetic force of a predetermined gauss.

         2 . A suction device having a magnet, comprising:
first and second suction device bodies 100 A and 100 B made from soft rubber, the first suction device body 100 A including a first apex portion 110 A and a first base portion 120 A, the second suction device body 100 B including a second apex portion 110 B and a second base portion 120 B, the first and second apex portions 110 A and 110 B being integrally connected with each other through a connecting portion 101 , each of the first and second suction device bodies 100 A and 100 B having a conical shape, the first and second base portions 120 A and 120 B being oriented in opposite directions to each other, each of the first and second suction device bodies providing a suction force after they are elastically compressed against an object; and first and second magnets 130 A and 130 B inserted in the first and second apex portions 110 A and 110 B of the first and second suction device bodies 100 A and 100 B, respectively, each of the first and second magnets 130 A and 130 B having a magnetic force of a predetermined gauss.

3 . A suction device having a magnet as claimed in claim 1 or 2 , wherein the magnet 130 has two poles of N and S divided in one body.

4 . A suction device having a magnet as claimed in claim 1 or 2 , further comprising a release hook, one end of which is connected with the apex portion 110 of the suction device body 100 , and the other end of which is connected with the base portion 120 of the suction device body 100 , thereby enabling a user to easily release a suctioned state of the suction device body 100 .

5 . A suction device having a magnet as claimed in claim 1 or 2 , further comprising a magnetic member 140 disposed inside of the suction device body 100 , the magnetic member 140 having a shape of a net, sizes of meshes of which increase in radial directions from the apex portion 110 , the magnetic member being electrically connected with the magnet 130 .

6 . A suction device having a magnet as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the magnetic member 140 is made from conductive paint.
