Abstract

The present invention relates to a hand-standing exercising machine for building up the strength of upper body muscles and training the muscles of waist and abdomen through the upper body exercising device mounted on the lower supporting part to obtain the exercising effects on the whole body. With exercising upper body or the whole body in various ways on the hand-standing status, a user could maintain health.

What is claimed:  
     
         1 . A handstanding exercise apparatus for the whole body, with a frame comprising a back plate, supporting side bars fixed to enable the back plate to be vertically set up, and the bottom part on which the bottom ends of the side bars are attached, 
 in which the bottom support of the frame includes a pair of side bars with the bottom ends of the supporting side bars fixed on them and a reinforcement axis connected between the side bars; and    the two side bars with a reinforcement axis between them are put as a trapezoid with a larger space in the front end that the user can see when handstanding on the back plate than that of the back end.    
     
     
         2 . A handstanding exercise apparatus for the whole body, with a frame comprising a back plate, supporting side bars fixed to enable the back plate to be vertically set up, and the bottom part on which the bottom ends of the above side bars are attached, 
 in which the supporting side bars is “R” form with a larger gap between them on the bottom than at the top.    
     
     
         3 . A handstanding exercise apparatus for the whole body, with a frame comprising a back plate, supporting side bars fixed to enable the back plate to be vertically set up, and the bottom part on which the bottom ends of the above side bars are attached, 
 in which an additional upper body training device is installed on the frame above.    
     
     
         4 . The handstanding exercise apparatus for the whole body, according to  claim 3 , in which the upper body, training device is a biceps press, including an elastic body with one end attached to the frame and a lever installed onto the other side of the elastic body.  
     
     
         5 . The handstanding exercise apparatus for the whole body, according to  claim 4 , in which the biceps press is installed on the reverse side of back plate when the back plate is vertically set up.  
     
     
         6 . The handstanding exercise apparatus for the whole body, according to  claim 4 , in which the biceps press is installed on each side of the back plate when the back plate is vertically set up.  
     
     
         7 . The handstanding exercise apparatus for the whole body, according to  claim 4 , in which the biceps press is installed at the front of back plate when the back plate is vertically set up.  
     
     
         8 . The handstanding exercise apparatus for the whole body, according to any one claim among claim  1 -claim  7 : in which a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder is installed between the back plate and the frame additionally.
