Abstract
The present invention comprising: a receptacle containing a single dose of a treatment substance; and an indicator configured to change state as a function of temperature.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A device comprising:
a receptacle containing a single dose of a treatment substance; and an indicator configured to change state as a function of temperature.
2 . A device according to claim 1 , wherein the indicator is configured to change state a first time when the temperature reaches a first value, and a second time when the temperature reaches a second value that is higher than the first.
3 . A device according to claim 1 , wherein the indicator has an appearance which changes with temperature.
4 . A device according to claim 3 , wherein the indicator changes color with temperature.
5 . A device according to claim 3 , wherein the indicator has an appearance which changes reversibly with temperature.
6 . A device according to claim 3 , wherein the indicator comprises a thermochromic pigment.
7 . A device according to claim 1 , wherein the indicator is configured to release a volatile odorous substance when the temperature exceeds a predetermined value.
8 . A device according to claim 1 , wherein the indicator comprises at least one flexible support fixed onto the receptacle.
9 . A device according to claim 1 , wherein the receptacle comprises a pouch.
10 . A device according to claim 1 , wherein the indicator changes state when the temperature reaches a value lying in the range 30° C. to 40° C.
11 . A device according to claim 1 , wherein the receptacle comprises a fixing member allowing the receptacle to be fixed onto a radiator.
12 . A device according to claim 1 , wherein the receptacle comprises ballast allowing the receptacle to have zero or negative buoyancy in water.
13 . A device according to claim 1 , wherein the substance is at least one of a cosmetic substance and a care substance.
14 . A device according to claim 13 , wherein the substance is selected from the following list: a shampoo, a shower gel, a self-tanning substance, a film-forming composition, a mask forming composition, a massage oil.
15 . A device according to claim 8 , wherein the flexible support is fixed onto the receptacle via an adhesive.
16 . A packaging device comprising:
a receptacle comprising:
a storage space containing a treatment substance and having a first volume,
a dispenser member having a second volume smaller than the first, said dispenser member being capable to be in communication with the storage space; and
an indicator configured to change state as a function of temperature.
17 . A device according to claim 16 , wherein said dispenser member is configured so as to contain a single dose of substance.
18 . A device according to claim 16 , wherein the indicator is configured to change state a first time when the temperature reaches a first value, and a second time when the temperature reaches a second value that is higher than the first.
19 . A device according to claim 16 , wherein the indicator has an appearance which changes with temperature.
20 . A device according to claim 19 , wherein the indicator changes color with temperature.
21 . A device according to claim 19 , wherein the indicator has an appearance which changes reversibly with temperature.
22 . A device according to claim 19 , wherein the indicator comprises a thermochromic pigment.
23 . A device according to claim 16 , wherein the indicator is configured to release a volatile odorous substance when the temperature exceeds a predetermined value.
24 . A device according to claim 16 , wherein the indicator comprises at least one flexible support fixed onto the receptacle.
25 . A device according to claim 24 , wherein the flexible support is fixed onto the receptacle via an adhesive.
26 . A device according to claim 16 , wherein the dispenser member is connected to a remainder of the receptacle in removable manner.
27 . A device according to claim 26 , wherein the dispenser member is configured so as to allow closure of the storage space in sealed manner.
28 . A device according to claim 16 , wherein the dispenser member is connected to a remainder of the receptacle in non-removable manner.
29 . A device according to claim 16 , wherein the dispenser member is connected to the storage space via a flexible tube.
30 . A device according to claim 16 , wherein the indicator changes state when the temperature reaches a value lying in the range 30° C. to 40° C.
31 . A device according to claim 16 , wherein the receptacle comprises a fixing member allowing the receptacle to be fixed onto a radiator.
32 . A device according to claim 16 , wherein the receptacle comprises ballast allowing the receptacle to have zero or negative buoyancy in water.
33 . A device according to claim 16 , wherein the substance is at least one of a cosmetic substance and a care substance.
34 . A device according to claim 33 , wherein the substance is selected from the following list: a shampoo, a shower gel, a self-tanning substance, a film-forming composition, a massage oil.
35 . A packaging device comprising:
a receptacle containing a treatment substance said receptacle comprising a fixing member allowing the receptacle to be fixed onto a radiator; and an indicator configured to change state as a function of temperature.
36 . A packaging device comprising:
a receptacle containing a treatment substance said receptacle comprising ballast allowing the receptacle to have zero or negative buoyancy in water; and an indicator configured to change state as a function of temperature.
37 . A packaging device comprising:
a receptacle containing a treatment substance; and an indicator configured to change state when the temperature reaches a value lying in the range 30° to 40°.
38 . A method of applying a treatment substance contained in a packaging device as defined in claim 1 , said method comprising:
exposing the packaging device to at least one of a heat source so as to raise the temperature of the substance at least until the indicator changes state, and of a cold source so as to lower the temperature of the substance until the indicator changes state; and applying the substance.
39 . A method according to claim 38 , wherein the heat source comprises at least one of hot water, a hot surface and a radiator.
40 . A method of applying a treatment substance contained in a device comprising a storage space and a dispenser member as defined in claim 16 , said method comprising:
recharging the dispenser member with a dose of substance; exposing at least the dispenser member to at least one of a heat source so as enable the temperature of the substance contained in said dispenser member to rise at least until the temperature indicator changes state, and a cold source so as enable the temperature of the substance contained in said dispenser member to drop at least until the temperature indicator changes state; and applying the substance contained in the dispenser member.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
