Dispenser case for (non-exposed adhesive) roll products

Abstract

I believe my invention to be a new and useful product, worthy of consideration for a US patent. If it is not deemed by you to be new, it is at least of significant enough improvement upon existing design as to warrant protection by your office.

I: What I (Gordon Bopp) claim as my invention is a new and not previously known to be patented or marketed device for holding a roll product and is able to dispense the product through a slot through the inner (base) and outer (cover) walls.  
     
     
       II: I also claim that the concept and configuration of the idea of the dispenser is entirely my own and in no way has any other party or parties contributed to the content of this invention whatsoever.  
     
     
       III: I also claim that the material of manufacture, namely a poly-propylene co-polymer of a particular “hardness” for this item is in entirety, my idea.  
     
     
       IIII: I also claim that the tolerancing (engineering of fit) for this item is in entirety, my idea.  
     
     
       V: I also claim that the method of manufacture for this item is in entirety, may idea.
