Abstract
The invention refers to a novel ball game racket, especially a tennis racket with a racket head formed by a tension frame with stringing, and with a handle unit formed by a handle shaft or a racket neck joining the tension frame for example via a heart piece, and attenuating means in at least one area of the racket frame.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Ball game racket, especially tennis racket comprising a racket head formed by a tension frame ( 2 ) with stringing ( 3 ) and by a handle element ( 7 ) joining the tension frame ( 2 ), for example by means of a core ( 5 ), and formed by a handle shaft or a racket neck ( 6 ) and a handle, as well by attenuating means ( 17 ) on at least one area of the racket frame, characterised in that said attenuating means ( 17 ) include an attenuation fluid the viscosity of which is controllable by an electric and/or a magnetic field, and that an electric control means ( 20 ) for altering the viscosity of the attenuation liquid is provided.
2 . Tennis racket according to claim 1 , wherein said attenuating means ( 17 ) are effective between the stringing ( 3 ) and the tension frame ( 2 ).
3 . Tennis racket according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein said attenuating means are effective between the racket head and the handle ( 7 ).
4 . Ball game racket according to anyone of the preceeding claims, wherein said attenuating means form at least two chambers ( 18 ″) for receiving the attenuation fluid, which chambers are connected with each other at least by a connector ( 18 ′) operating as a throttle, and said connector is provided with at least one electrode ( 19 ) triggered by said control means ( 20 ) and/or is provided by a magnetic coil triggered by said control means.
5 . Ball game racket according to anyone of the preceeding claims, wherein the tension frame ( 2 ) comprises a frame profile ( 2 ′) and a support profile ( 8 ) used for fastening the stringing ( 3 ), and at least one attenuation element ( 17 ) is provided between the frame profile ( 2 ′) and the support profile ( 8 ).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
