Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A motor boat comprising:
a V-drive transmission; a center console, said center console comprising a steering wheel engaged thereon; and a driver's seat positioned sternward with respect to said center console.

2 . The motor boat of claim 1 , wherein said driver's seat is adjustable elevation-wise.

3 . The motor boat of claim 1 , wherein said driver's seat is at least 20 inches from the floor of said motor boat.

4 . The motor boat of claim of claim 1 wherein said driver's seat is 20-40 inches from the floor of the boat.

5 . The motor boat of claim 4 wherein said driver's seat is 25-35 inches from the floor

6 . The motor boat of claim 1 further comprising a wakeboard tower.

7 . The motor boat of claim 1 , wherein the floor of said boat surrounding said center console is substantially the same height, whereby no bumps or raises in the floor exist to trip users of the boat.

8 . The motor boat of claim 1 the space between the sides of the center console and the sides of the boat is 8-28 inches.

9 . The motor boat of claim 1 the space between the sides of the center console and the sides of the boat is 12-18 inches.

10 . The motor boat of claim 1 further comprising at least one water fillable ballasts to adjust shape and size of wake.

         11 . A motor boat comprising:
a V-drive transmission; a center console, said center console comprising a steering wheel engaged thereon; a wakeboard tower with integrated wakeboard racks; and a driver's seat positioned sternward with respect to said center console; wherein said motor boat is configured such that a space of 12-20 inches exists between the port and starboard sides of the boat and the port and starboard sides of said center console, respectively.

         12 . A motor boat comprising:
a V-drive transmission; a center console, said center console comprising a steering wheel engaged thereon; a wakeboard tower with integrated wakeboard racks; at least one water fillable ballast; and a driver's seat positioned sternward with respect to said center console, said driver's seat is raised to an elevation of at least 20 inches from the floor of said motor boat such that visibility over the bow of the boat is increased; wherein said motor boat is configured such that a space of 12-20 inches exists between the port and starboard sides of the boat and the port and starboard sides of said center console, respectively.

13 . The motor boat of claim 12 , wherein said driver's seat is raised to an elevation of at least 25 inches from the floor of said motor boat.
