Claims

Abstract

A handle includes an upper portion, a lower portion secured to the upper portion and formed with hardness less than that of the upper portion and at least one aperture defined therein. The at least one aperture is located between the upper and lower portions. The at least one aperture is defined via an upper face and a lower face. The upper face of the at least one aperture is part of a lower face of the upper portion. The lower face of the at least one aperture is part of an upper face of the lower portion. The upper face of the at least one aperture is arc-shaped. The lower face of the at least one aperture is arc-shaped. The handle includes one, two or three apertures. The upper portion includes a plurality of ribs formed thereon. The upper portion includes two ends to be attached to a case. The first and second portions are formed together via injection molding.

         1 . A handle including an upper portion, a lower portion secured to the upper portion and formed with hardness less than that of the upper portion and at least one aperture defined therein.  
     
     
         2 . The handle according to  claim 12  wherein the upper face is arc-shaped.  
     
     
         3 . The handle according to  claim 12  wherein the lower face is arc-shaped.  
     
     
         4 . The handle according to  claim 1  wherein the upper portion includes a plurality of ribs formed thereon.  
     
     
         5 . The handle according to  claim 1  wherein the upper portion includes two ends to be attached to a case.  
     
     
         6 . The handle according to  claim 1  wherein the first and second portions are formed together via injection molding.  
     
     
         7 . The handle according to  claim 1  including three apertures.  
     
     
         8 . The handle according to  claim 1  including two apertures.  
     
     
         9 . The handle according to  claim 1  including a single apertures.  
     
     
         10 . The handle according to  claim 1  wherein the at least one aperture extends transversely through the handle.  
     
     
         11 . The handle according to  claim 1  wherein the at least one aperture is defined via an upper face and a lower face.  
     
     
         12 . The handle according to  claim 11  wherein the lower face is deformed toward the upper face when the handle is grabbed.  
     
     
         13 . The handle according to  claim 11  wherein the upper face is arc-shaped.  
     
     
         14 . The handle according to  claim 11  wherein the lower face is arc-shaped.  
     
     
         15 . The handle according to  claim 1  wherein the at least one aperture is located between the upper and lower portions.  
     
     
         16 . The handle according to  claim 15  wherein the at least one aperture extends transversely through the handle.  
     
     
         17 . The handle according to  claim 15  wherein the at least one aperture is defined via an upper face and a lower face.
