Abstract
A tool hanger includes a body, a tooth formed on the body, a retainer formed on the body so as to define a space between the body and the retainer, a strap extending from the body into the space defined between the body and the retainer, and a plurality of teeth formed on the strap for engagement with the tooth formed on the body.

1 . A tool hanger including:
a body; a tooth formed on the body; a retainer formed on the body, thus defining a space between the body and the retainer; a strap extending from the body into the space defined between the body and the retainer; and a plurality of teeth formed on the strap for engagement with the tooth formed on the body.
2 . The tool hanger according to claim 1 wherein the teeth are ratchets.
3 . The tool hanger according to claim 1 wherein the body defines a hole so that it can be hung on a nailed hammered in the wall.
4 . The tool hanger according to claim 1 wherein the body defines a recess for receiving a marker.
5 . The tool hanger according to claim 1 including a tab formed on the body, and all of the strap, the tooth formed on the body and the retainer are formed on the tab.
6 . The tool hanger according to claim 5 wherein the tooth are ratchets.
7 . The tool hanger according to claim 1 wherein the body defines a hole so that it can be hung on a nailed hammered in the wall.
