Abstract

A vehicle mounted low amount of solution textile cleaning system. Uniquely, the present invention provides for a truck mountable textile cleaning system that: 1) uses less water than the typical existing truck mounted cleaning systems to clean the same amount of area; 2) requires a smaller amount of environmentally damaging water-based cleaning solutions so that fewer trips to dump sites are needed for the same amount of cleaning; and 3) has a self contained water-based cleaning solution that does not have to be connected to a customers expensive water supply during operation. The invention may provide a vehicle that is adapted to implement application of a cleaning solution to a remote textile area to be cleaned. Specifically, the vehicle may comprise a storage system, positioned in the vehicle, and designed to hold the cleaning solution. Additionally, there may be a delivery system fluidly coupled to the storage system to enable delivery of the cleaning solution to the textile area to be cleaned. There is also an effluent storage system, positioned in the vehicle, and designed to hold dirty cleaning solution that has been extracted from the textile area.

1 . A vehicle designed to implement application of a cleaning solution to a remote textile area to be cleaned, the vehicle comprising: 
 a) a storage system, positioned in the vehicle, and designed to hold the cleaning solution;    b) a delivery system fluidly coupled to the storage system to enable delivery of the cleaning solution to the textile area to be cleaned; and    c) an effluent storage system, positioned in the vehicle, and designed to hold dirty cleaning solution that has been extracted from the textile area.    
     
     
         2 . The vehicle of  claim 1 , further comprising a vehicle engine designed to transport the vehicle on community roadways.  
     
     
         3 . The vehicle of  claim 2 , further comprising a mixing chamber, coupled to mix the cleaning solution before application to the textile area.  
     
     
         4 . The vehicle of  claim 3 , further comprising a heating system, positioned in the vehicle, and coupled to receive the cleaning solution from the mixing chamber.  
     
     
         5 . The vehicle of  claim 4 , wherein the delivery system comprises a cleaning applicator, coupled to receive and then apply the heated cleaning solution to the textile area to be cleaned.  
     
     
         6 . The vehicle of  claim 5 , further comprising a cleaning solution vacuum system, associated with the cleaning applicator, and designed to remove the applied heated cleaning solution from the textile area and deposit the dirty cleaning solution into the effluent storage system.  
     
     
         7 . The vehicle of  claim 6 , wherein the cleaning solution is a carbonated cleaning solution that effervesces upon exiting the delivery system.  
     
     
         8 . The vehicle of  claim 6 , further comprising a cleaning solution air compressor system designed to move the cleaning solution from storage system, through the delivery system and to the effluent storage system.  
     
     
         9 . The vehicle of  claim 8 , wherein the cleaning solution is a carbonated cleaning solution employing a mixture of an acidic and a basic solution that effervesces upon release from the delivery system and onto the textile area.  
     
     
         10 . A method of cleaning a textile area from a remote vehicle, the method comprising: 
 a) providing a storage system, positioned in the vehicle, and designed to hold the cleaning solution;    b) providing a delivery system fluidly coupled to the storage system to enable delivery of the cleaning solution to the textile area to be cleaned; and    c) providing an effluent storage system, positioned in the vehicle, and designed to hold dirty cleaning solution that has been extracted from the textile area.    
     
     
         11 . The method of  claim 10 , further comprising a mixing chamber, coupled to mix the cleaning solution before application to the textile area.  
     
     
         12 . The method of  claim 11 , further comprising providing a heating system, positioned in the vehicle, and coupled to receive the cleaning solution from the mixing chamber.  
     
     
         13 . The method of  claim 12 , wherein the delivery system comprises a cleaning applicator, coupled to receive and then apply the heated cleaning solution to the textile area to be cleaned.  
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 13 , further comprising providing a cleaning solution vacuum system, associated with the cleaning applicator, and designed to remove the applied heated cleaning solution from the textile area and deposit the dirty cleaning solution into the effluent storage system.  
     
     
         15 . The method of  claim 14 , further comprising providing a cleaning solution air compressor system designed to move the cleaning solution from storage system, through the delivery system and to the effluent storage system.  
     
     
         16 . A cleaning vehicle for remote cleaning of a textile area, comprising: 
 a) a storage system, positioned in the vehicle, and designed to hold the cleaning solution; and    b) a delivery system fluidly coupled to the storage system to enable delivery of the cleaning solution to the textile area that is remote to the vehicle, the delivery system having a flow rate less than 1.5 gallons per minute of cleaning solution being applied to the textile area.    
     
     
         17 . The cleaning vehicle of  claim 16 , further comprising a vehicle engine designed to transport the vehicle on transportation roadways.  
     
     
         18 . The cleaning vehicle of  claim 17 , wherein the cleaning solution is a carbonated cleaning solution employing a mixture of an acidic and a basic solution that effervesces upon release from the delivery system and onto the textile area.  
     
     
         19 . The cleaning vehicle of  claim 18 , further comprising an effluent storage system, positioned in the vehicle, and designed to hold dirty cleaning solution that has been extracted from the textile area.  
     
     
         20 . A cleaning solution vehicle for remote cleaning of a textile area, comprising: 
 a) a storage system, positioned in the vehicle, and designed to hold the cleaning solution;    b) a delivery system fluidly coupled to the storage system to enable delivery of the cleaning solution to the textile area that is remote to the vehicle, the delivery system having a flow rate less than 1.5 gallons per minute of cleaning solution being applied to the textile area; and    
     
     
         21 . The cleaning solution vehicle of  claim 20 , wherein the delivery system has a flow rate that is less than 1.0 gallons per minute of cleaning solution.  
     
     
         22 . The cleaning solution vehicle of  claim 20 , wherein the delivery system has a flow rate that is less than 0.5 gallons per minute of cleaning solution.  
     
     
         23 . The cleaning solution vehicle of  claim 20 , further comprising a vehicle engine designed to transport the vehicle on transportation roadways.  
     
     
         24 . The cleaning vehicle of  claim 17 , wherein the cleaning solution is a carbonated cleaning solution employing a mixture of an acidic and a basic solution that effervesces upon release from the delivery system and onto the textile area.  
     
     
         25 . A vehicle using a reduced amount of cleaning solution for cleaning of a textile area that is remote to the vehicle, comprising: 
 a) a storage system, positioned in the vehicle, and designed to hold the cleaning solution; and    b) a delivery system fluidly coupled to the storage system to enable delivery of the cleaning solution to the textile area that is remote to the vehicle, the delivery system having a cleaning rate of at least 50 square feet of cleaned textile area per gallon of cleaning solution.    
     
     
         26 . The vehicle of  claim 25 , further comprising an effluent storage system, positioned in the vehicle, and designed to hold dirty cleaning solution that has been extracted from the textile area.  
     
     
         27 . The vehicle of  claim 26 , further comprising a vehicle engine designed to transport the vehicle on transportation roadways.  
     
     
         28 . The vehicle of  claim 27 , wherein the cleaning solution is a carbonated cleaning solution employing a mixture of an acidic and a basic solution that effervesces upon release from the delivery system and onto the textile area.  
     
     
         29 . A cleaning vehicle using a reduced amount of cleaning solution for cleaning a textile area that is remote to the cleaning vehicle, comprising: 
 a) a storage system, positioned in the vehicle, and designed to hold the cleaning solution; and    b) a delivery system fluidly coupled to the storage system to enable delivery of the cleaning solution to the textile area that is remote to the vehicle, the delivery system having a cleaning rate of at least 50 square feet of cleaned textile area per gallon of cleaning solution.    
     
     
         30 . The vehicle of  claim 29 , further comprising an effluent storage system, positioned in the vehicle, and designed to hold dirty cleaning solution that has been extracted from the textile area.  
     
     
         31 . The vehicle of  claim 30 , wherein the cleaning solution is a carbonated cleaning solution employing a mixture of an acidic and a basic solution that effervesces upon release from the delivery system and onto the textile area.  
     
     
         32 . The vehicle of  claim 31 , wherein the cleaning solution is a carbonated cleaning solution that effervesces upon exiting the delivery system.
