Front-cover for communication equipment and method for manufacturing the front-cover
Abstract
A front cover for a communication equipment is described which comprises an external pad having a transparent display window placing portion and button placing portions which are projected outwardly from an outer surface of the external pad; a housing which is integrally placed at an inner surface of the external pad and has a transparent display window through hole corresponding to the transparent display window placing portion and button through holes corresponding to the button placing portions; a transparent display window which is integrally placed at the transparent display window placing portion of the external pad; and buttons which are integrally placed at the button placing portions of the external pad. The transparent display window, the housing and the buttons can be molded on the inner surface of the external pad by injecting synthetic resins onto each of placing portions thereof.

2 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the numbers, characters or figures are printed on an inner surface of the thin film.
3 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising forming a groove for a smooth movement of the button around the button placing portions.
4 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the transparent display window, the housing and the buttons are injection-molded on the inner surface of the external pad.
5 . The method as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the transparent display window is injection-molded on the inner surface of the transparent display window placing portion.
6 . The method as claimed in claim 4 , wherein each of buttons is injection-molded on the inner surface of the button placing portions.
7 . The method as claimed in claim 4 , the housing is injection-molded on the inner surface of the external pad other than the transparent display window placing portion and the button placing portions.
8 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , the housing is bonded on the inner surface of the external pad by an adhesive.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
