Abstract
An improved holder for receiving a liquid-containing device and mounting it onto a magnetic accepting support or surface is provided having a generally elongated wrap element defined by a length having two ends, a first and second surface with at least one attachment means on each surface near to the opposite ends thereof and a magnetic means on the first surface. The holder can also have a bottom.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An improved holder for a liquid-containing device comprising an essentially elongated element having two ends, a first surface, a second enjoining surface, at least one attachment means on each of said surfaces at opposite ends of said surfaces, and a magnetic means positioned on a portion of said first surface.
2 . An improved holder as set forth in claim 1 , wherein said magnetic means consists of at least one magnet having a strength of about or greater than 30 kilogauss.
3 . An improved holder as set forth in claim 1 , wherein said portion of said first surface forms at least one crevice adapted to accommodate said magnetic means.
4 . An improved holder as set forth in claim 3 , wherein said crevice has a width of about {fraction (1/4)} inch to {fraction (5/8)} inch, a length of about ¼ to {fraction (5/8)} inch and a depth of about {fraction (1/16)} inch to {fraction (3/16)} inch.
5 . An improved holder set forth in claim 1 , wherein said portion of said first surface is about equidistant between said ends or centrally positioned on said first surface.
6 . An improved holder as set forth in claim 1 , further comprising a coating or patch attached over said magnetic means on said first surface.
7 . An improved holder as set forth in claim 1 , wherein said elongated element consists of one or more selected from the group consisting of synthetic polymer, rubber, neoprene, nylon and cloth.
8 . An improved holder as set forth in claim 1 , wherein said elongated element is generally rectangular or semicircular in shape and parallel to at least two opposing sides.
9 . An improved holder as set forth in claim 1 wherein at least one of said attachment means has a length extending beyond or along a central part of at least one end of said elongated element.
10 . An improved holder as set forth in claim 1 , further including a bottom portion removably attached or affixed to said elongated element to one of said ends.
11 . An improved holder as set forth in claim 1 , further including a decorative pattern on all or a part of said first surface.
12 . An improved holder for holding a liquid-containing device and mounting it to a magnetic accepting surface comprising a wrap element formed with two attachable overlapping ends capable of securely encircling said device, said wrap element having an outer surface with a magnetic means imbedded therein or attached thereto, thereby allowing said holder in combination with said device to affix to said magnetic accepting surface.
13 . An improved holder as set forth in claim 12 , further including a decorative pattern on all or a part of said first surface.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
