Claims

Abstract

A wrist-mounted card game device includes a mount and a platform assembly releasably attached to the mount. The mount has a side wall in which primary and secondary card slots for receiving cards therein are defined. A point counter is movably mounted to a top side of the mount. Securing members are fixed to an underside of the mount for attaching the card game device to a player's wrist. The platform assembly includes a primary platform and a secondary platform movably received in the primary platform whereby the secondary platform is extendable out of the primary platform. Both the primary and secondary platform defines a number of recesses for each selectively receiving and temporarily retaining cards therein for playing a card game.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . A card game device comprising: 
 a mount having a side wall in which a primary card slot is defined for receiving and retaining at least one card; and    a platform assembly attached to the mount and comprising a primary platform and a secondary platform movably received in the primary platform whereby the secondary platform is extendable out of the primary platform, each of the primary and secondary platforms defining at least one recess for selectively receiving and temporarily retaining a card therein.    
     
     
         2 . The card game device as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the side wall of the mount further defines a secondary card slot for receiving cards.  
     
     
         3 . The card game device as claimed in  claim 1  further comprising a point counter movably mounted to the mount.  
     
     
         4 . The card game device as claimed in  claim 1  further comprising securing members for attaching the mount to a wrist of a player.  
     
     
         5 . The card game device as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the platform assembly comprises a rib slidably received in a slot defined in the mount for attaching the platform assembly to the mount.  
     
     
         6 . The card game device as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the primary card slot comprises a spring-biased card carrier board for supporting the card thereon.
