Abstract
The invention provides a hanger with clips that has a hook at its center and clips at ends, respectively, of an arm part extending rightward and leftward from the hook. The clip consists of a pair of clip pieces. One clip piece is formed integrally with the arm part, and the other clip piece is molded in a state of being joined to the one clip piece.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A hanger with clips comprising a hook provided at a center thereof and clips provided at ends, respectively, of an arm part extending rightward and leftward from the hook, wherein the clip consists of a pair of clip pieces, and one of the clip pieces is formed integrally with the arm part, whereas the other clip piece is molded in a state of being joined to one of the clip pieces through a joining piece.
2 . The hanger with clips as set forth in claim 1 , wherein the clip is a plastic clip that can be examined by a meter-reading device, in which the clip piece having a gripping part at an end thereof is caused to face the other clip piece having a gripping part at an end thereof, and a plastic spring that is folded to have a “U” shape between the clip pieces is attached to the clip pieces, and the gripping parts of the clip pieces are elastically urged in directions in which the gripping parts are pressed against each other by an elastic force of the plastic spring, and wherein:
a hooking part is formed on an inner surface of a tip of the plastic spring;
the clip piece includes a catching part on which the hooking part is hooked and a scatter-preventing part that covers a plastic spring part that is a folded part from the catching part;
a space is formed for inserting the tip of the spring between the catching part and an end of the scatter-preventing part facing the catching part; and
an end of the catching part on a side of the scatter-preventing part and the end of the scatter-preventing part on a side of the catching part are formed not to overlap with each other in a direction perpendicular to a sliding direction of a mold used to mold the clip piece.
3 . A method for manufacturing a hanger with clips, the method comprising:
forming a hanger blank such that one of a pair of clip pieces of a clip is formed integrally with an end of an arm part extending rightward and leftward from a hook part formed at a center of the hanger blank while joining the other clip piece to an outer part of the one of a pair of clip pieces through a joining piece; and forming the clip by causing the clip pieces of the hanger blank to face each other.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
