Abstract

A cover for a wall-hung urinal or a cover or a seat board ( 13 ) for the toilet seat ( 12 ) of a toilet ( 10 ) with interchangeable décoration and design elements or articles of daily use which are adapted to the respective individual wishes of the users has at least one through bore ( 210 ) or a blind bore ( 210 ′), whereby an insert member ( 200 ) filling the bore and held in the bore is placed fixedly or detachably in the bore ( 210; 210 ′), this insert member being configured as a full body or a hollow body, whereby the insert member ( 200 ) is made totally, partially or portionwise of a clear material with or without colouration, whereby fixed or movable decoration articles or articles of daily use or functional articles ( 230 ) such as lighting means, radio or television, a CD-player, a time displaying device, a speech and/or music module with a current production source such as a battery or a solar cell, liquid means or games, are placed in the material of the insert member ( 200 ) configured as a full body or in the inner space of the insert member ( 200 ) configured as a hollow body.

1 . A cover ( 15 ′) for a closable wall-hung urinal ( 10 ′) and a cover ( 15 ) or a seat board ( 13 ) of a toilet seat ( 12 ) for a toilet ( 10 ) comprising a toilet bowl ( 11 ) and the toilet seat ( 12 ), characterized in 
 that the cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) and/or the seat board ( 13 ) is provided with at least one through bore ( 210 ) or blind bore ( 210 ′), whereby an insert member ( 200 ) filling the bore ( 210 ;  210 ′) and held in the bore ( 210 ;  210 ′) is placed fixed or detachable in the bore ( 210 ,  210 ′), this insert member being configured as a full body ( 201 ) or as a hollow body ( 205 ), whereby the insert member ( 200 ) is made totally, partially or portionwise of a clear, transparent, milky or translucent material, for example plastics, with or without colouration, whereby fixed or movable decoration articles or articles of daily use or functional articles ( 230 ) such as lighting means, radio or television, a CD-player, a time displaying device, a speech and/or music module with a current production source, liquid means ( 230   a ) or games ( 20 ,  120 ), are placed in the material of the insert member ( 200 ) configured as a full body ( 201 ) or in the inner space ( 207 ) of the insert member ( 200 ) configured as a hollow body ( 205 ).  
 
     
     
         2 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to  claim 1 , characterized in 
 that the bore ( 210 ;  210 ′) has the cross-sectional shape of a circle, of an ellipse, of a triangle, of a quad or a polygone or another geometrical shape and the insert member ( 200 ) has a conformation corresponding to the shape of the bore ( 210 ;  210 ′).  
 
     
     
         3 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to  claim 1  or  2 , characterized in 
 that the surface of the insert member ( 200 ) placed in the bore ( 210 ,  210 ′) progressively turns into the surface of the cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or of the seat board ( 13 ).  
 
     
     
         4 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 1  to  3 , characterized in 
 that, for a detachable arrangement of the insert member ( 200 ) in the bore ( 210 ;  210 ′), the insert member ( 200 ) is held in the bore ( 210 ;  210 ′) by means of a screw thread, a clamping joint, a bayonet catch or another appropriate locking device.  
 
     
     
         5 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 1  to  4 , characterized in 
 that, for placing into the bore ( 210 ,  210 ′) or for removing the insert member ( 200 ) out of the bore ( 210 ,  210 ′), the insert member ( 200 ) is provided in its upper side wall  15  with at least one recessed grip ( 206 ) or with a differently configured handle.  
 
     
     
         6 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 1  to  4 , characterized in 
 that the side wall ( 115 ) of the insert member ( 200 ) which forms the upper cover corresponds to the shape and the cross section of the bore ( 210 ;  210 ′) and ends at flush level with the circumferential edge of the cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or of the seat board ( 13 ).  
 
     
     
         7 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 1  to  6 , characterized in 
 that the side wall ( 115 ) of the insert member ( 200 ) which forms the upper cover projects over the peripheral edge of the cover ( 15 ,  15 ′).  
 
     
     
         8 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 1  to  7 , characterized in 
 that in the cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or in the seat board ( 13 ) several bores ( 210 ;  210 ′) are provided with a corresponding number of insert members ( 200 ).  
 
     
     
         9 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 1  to  8 , characterized in 
 that, for forming an inner space ( 207 ), the insert member ( 200 ) consists of a cap-shaped bottom part ( 209 ) and a cap-shaped cover part ( 208 ) whereby, both parts ( 208 ,  209 ) being assembled, the vertical peripheral wall ( 208   a ) of the cover part ( 208 ) laps over the vertical peripheral wall ( 209   a ) of the bottom part ( 209 ) or the vertical peripheral wall ( 209   a ) of the bottom part ( 209 ) laps over the vertical peripheral wall ( 208   a ) of the cover part ( 208 ), whereby the cover part ( 208 ) and the bottom part ( 209 ) are held together by clamping or press-fit or by other appropriate detachable connecting means.  
 
     
     
         10 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 1  to  9 , characterized in 
 that the surface of the upper side wall ( 115 ) of the insert member ( 200 ) has a plastic and/or figurative moulded body configuration ( 211 ), for example in form of a Micky Maus figure, a flower or a blossom.  
 
     
     
         11 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to  claim 10 , characterized in 
 that a speech and/or music module ( 330 ) is integrated into the moulded body configuration ( 211 ) of the upper insert member wall ( 115 ).  
 
     
     
         12 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to  claim 11 , characterized in 
 that the blossom-type or flower-type moulded body configuration ( 211 ) of the upper insert member wall ( 115 ) of the insert member ( 200 ) contains aromatics.  
 
     
     
         13 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 1  to  12 , characterized in 
 that the insert member ( 200 ) is configured as a clock ( 220 ), a television or a radio or has in its inner space ( 207 ) a clock ( 220 ), a television or a rdio, whereby the appliances can be for example battery-operated.  
 
     
     
         14 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 1  to  9 , characterized in 
 that the design or decoration elements or objects ( 230 ) placed in the inner space ( 207 ) of the insert member ( 200 ) consist of: 
 a liquid coloured medium,  
 solid multidimensional objects,  
 photographical representations,  
 lamps with sources of current.  
 
 
     
     
         15 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 1  to  9 , characterized in 
 that a reward game ( 20 ;  120 ) in form of a Lotto betting system or of a horoscope predict is placed in the inner space ( 207 ) of the insert member ( 200 ).  
 
     
     
         16 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to  claim 15 , characterized in 
 that the insert member ( 200 ) configured as a reward game ( 20 ) in form of a Lotto betting system comprises a bottom ( 116 ′) ascendingly guided into the rear area of the insert member ( 200 ) with lateral delimitations and with at least one receiving shaft ( 30 ) situated in the front area of the insert member ( 200 ) for one or several rolling-off, rollable, spherical and number bearing moulded bodies ( 40 ;  140 ,  141 ;  140 ′ a ) with numerical values fixed on their surfaces or imprints of individual or completing texts or symbols on the bottom ( 116 ′), the cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) being closed, and a window ( 21 ) as a reading area in the area of the receiving shaft ( 30 ) or of the receiving shafts ( 30 ,  31 ,  32 ,  33 ,  34 ,  35 ) in the upper insert member wall ( 115 ), whereby each spherical moulded body ( 40 ) has on its spherical surface ( 40   a ) a number of same numerical values and that, when the toilet cover ( 15 ) is in a closed horizontal state, the spherical moulded bodies ( 40 ) run-in into the receiving shafts ( 30 ,  31 ,  32 ,  33 ,  34 ,  35 ) come to rest in the area of the window ( 21 ), whereby only one single moulded body ( 40 ) or two moulded bodies ( 141 ) with imprints of completing texts or symbols rest in the window ( 21 ), whereby each receiving shaft ( 30 ,  31 ′  32 ,  33 ,  34 ,  35 ) receives several spherical, cubical, cylindrical or roller-shaped moulded bodies ( 40 ,  140 ,  140 ′ a ) or moulded bodies having other geometrical conformations with rolling properties placed in a row the one behind the other and that the window ( 21 ) is placed in the area of at least one transverse row of moulded bodies.

 that instead of receiving shafts in the inner space ( 207 ) of the insert member ( 200 ) on the rolling-off surface of the bottom ( 116 ′) for the moulded bodies ( 40 ;  140 ,  141 ;  140 ′ a ) there is a number of small vertical pins or cams ( 60 ) placed distributed on the rolling off surface of the bottom ( 116 ′) in an area situated before the receiving shafts ( 30 ,  31 ,  32 ,  33 ,  34 ,  35 ) for the moulded bodies ( 40 ;  140 ,  141 ;  140 ′ a ), whereby the pins or cams ( 60 ) have a minimal distance from each other which is dimensioned in such a manner that the spherical or cubical moulded bodies ( 40 ;  140 ,  141 ) can move freely through the interstices between the pins or cams ( 60 ) or the cylindrical moulded body ( 140 ′ a ) can be rotated by braking when rolling off, whereby the pins or cams ( 60 ) are placed on the rolling-off surface of the bottom ( 115 ′) of the insert member ( 200 ) in several rows placed the one under the other or whereby the pins or cams ( 60 ) of the rows are staggered to each other.  
 
     
     
         18 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 15  to  17 , characterized in 
 that the window ( 21 ;  121 ) is configured in the upper side wall ( 115 ) of the insert member ( 200 ) in the area of the receiving shafts ( 30 ,  31 ,  32 ,  33 ,  34 ,  35 ;  130 ,  131 ) for the moulded bodies ( 40 ;  140 ,  141 ) and is made of a clear material with or without magnifying properties.  
 
     
     
         19 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 15  to  18 , characterized in 
 that the upper side wall ( 115 ) of the insert member ( 200 ) is configured in the area of the whole inner space ( 117 ) of the insert member ( 200 ) as a window and is made of a clear material with or without magnifying properties.  
 
     
     
         20 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 15  to  18 , characterized in 
 that the whole upper side wall ( 115 ) of the insert member ( 200 ) is configured as a window ( 21 ;  121 ) and is made of a clear material.  
 
     
     
         21 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 15  to  20 , characterized in 
 that a light source ( 70 ) is provided in the area of the window ( 21 ;  121 ) situated in the area of the receiving shafts ( 30 ,  31 ′  32 ,  33 ,  34 ,  35 ;  130 ,  131 ,  130 ′ a ) for the moulded bodies ( 40 ;  140 ,  141 ,  140 ′ a ), the current supply of which takes place over a battery or a solar cell placed in the insert member ( 200 ), whereby the switching on and off of the light source ( 70 ) can be controlled by the swivelling movement of the cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or of the seat board ( 13 ) and the lighting duration by a switch clock.  
 
     
     
         22 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 15  to  21 , characterized in 
 that the receiving shaft(s) ( 30 ,  31 ′  32 ,  33 ,  34 ,  35 ) have a length which corresponds to a multiple of the diameter of a spherical, cylindrical, roller-shaped or cubical moulded body ( 40 ,  140 ′ a ).  
 
     
     
         23 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 15  to  22 , characterized in 
 that, for several spherical, cylindrical, roller-shaped or cubical moulded bodies ( 40 ;  140 ′ a ) situated in one or several receiving shafts ( 30 ,  31 ′  32 ,  33 ,  34 ,  35 ), only one moulded body ( 40 ;  140 ′ a ) is respectively situated in the window ( 21 ).  
 
     
     
         24 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 15  to  23 , characterized in 
 that the window ( 21 ;  121 ) is configured as a detachable cover which is made of a clear synthetic material or of another appropriate clear material.  
 
     
     
         25 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to  claim 24 , characterized in 
 that the cover which forms the window ( 21 ;  121 ) is placed in the art of a hinge or by means of differently configured swivelling devices or even by pressing to open or close on the wall delimiting the receiving shaft ( 30 ,  31 ,  32 ,  33 ,  34 ,  35 ;  130 ,  131 ).  
 
     
     
         26 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 1  to  25 , characterized in 
 that the cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) has a blank of a plastic foil or of another appropriate material as indicating label ( 80 ) for an invitation to close the cover in the front area of its outer wall face or on its inner wall face.  
 
     
     
         27 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 1  to  25 , characterized in 
 that the cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or the seat board ( 13 ) or the insert member ( 200 ) is provided with a programmable or preprogrammable speech and/or music module ( 330 ) with a recording and reproducing device and with a microphone/loudspeaker unit which is connected with a source of current ( 320 ), a mechanical, light-optical, heat or pressure controlled circuit closer and breaker ( 340 ) such as contact switch, motion switch, pressure switch, eye/iris identifying switch, acoustic switch or code reacting switch and with a sound reproduction device ( 350 ) such as a loudspeaker, foil or membrane, whereby all components are placed in a supporting plate ( 310 ), whereby the supporting plate ( 310 ) with the speech and/or music module ( 330 ) is placed on the outer wall face or on the inner wall face of the cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or in the inner space ( 207 ) of the insert member ( 200 ).  
 
     
     
         28 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to  claim 27 , characterized in that the circuit closer and breaker ( 340 ) for the speech and/or music module ( 330 ) is controlled over the swivelling movement of the cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or is configured as a separate switch.  
     
     
         29 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 1  to  28 , characterized in 
 that the moulded bodies ( 40 ;  140 ,  141 ,  140 ′ a ) are configured as phosphorescent elements or are provided with an outer wall coating made of a substance or medium able to luminescence which have a phosphorescence effect after having been excited by visible light.  
 
     
     
         30 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the  claims 1  to  29 , characterized in 
 that the insert member ( 200 ) configured as a hollow body ( 205 ) consists of a cap-shaped cover part ( 208 ) and a cap-shaped bottom part ( 209 ), whereby both parts ( 208 ,  209 ) placed the one on the other have a height which corresponds to the depth of the through bore ( 210 ) in the cover ( 15 ,  15 ′).

A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to  claim 30 , characterized in that the surfaces of the two like or unlike configured parts ( 208 ,  209 ) have peripheral and projecting edge portions ( 115   a ) which rest as gaskets on the upper and lower face of the cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) when the parts ( 208 ,  209 ) are inserted in the through bore ( 210 ).  
     
     
         32 . A cover ( 15 ,  15 ′) or seat board ( 13 ) according to any of the claims  30  or  31 , characterized in 
 that both cap-shaped parts ( 208 ,  209 ) are connected with each other by means of screw-type connections, plug-type connections, clamping joints, snap-in connections or bayonet catch connections on the opposed edges of the parts put together ( 208 ,  209 ) or are held in the through bore ( 210 ) by clamping or press-fit.

 that a slit-like recess ( 405 ) for receiving a slide ( 400 ) is formed in the toilet cover ( 15 ,  13 ) and a window-cover ( 406 ) is formed in the toilet cover ( 15 ,  13 ) in the area of the slit-like recess ( 405 ), wherein the portion ( 400   a ) of the inserted slide ( 400 ) located in the area of the window-type cover ( 406 ) is constructed as an insert body ( 200 ) or receives an insert body ( 200 ).
