Operation assisting system and operation-assisting computer program

Abstract

An operation assisting system enhances the operator's willingness to participate in energy-saving efforts. The operation assisting system comprises means for storing information about the actual operation of operated equipment carried out by the operator, means for evaluating the stored operation information, and means for displaying the results of evaluation. The evaluation results relate to the cost concerning the operated equipment, the cost of supplying energy to the operation target facility, the cost concerning the operated equipment, the amount of emission of carbon dioxide, nitride oxide, and global warming substances, the amount of primary energy consumption, the crude oil-converted amount of energy consumption, the amount of excess or shortage of supply of energy, or electric power quality.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . An operation assisting system comprising: 
 means for storing information about the operation of operated equipment carried out by an operator;    means for evaluating the operation information stored by the operation information storing means; and    means for displaying the results of evaluation by the operation evaluation means.    
     
     
         2 . The operation assisting system according to  claim 1 , wherein the results of evaluation relate to the cost concerning an operation target facility, the energy supply cost for the operation target facility, operated equipment cost, the amount of carbon dioxide emission, the amount of nitrogen oxide emission, the amount of global warming substance emission, the amount of primary energy use, the amount of crude oil-converted energy consumption, the amount of energy oversupply or undersupply, or electric power quality.  
     
     
         3 . The operation assisting system according to  claim 1 , further comprising: 
 means for storing information about the state of the operation target facility;    means for storing a plan for the operation of the operated equipment; and    a simulating means for deriving by calculation information about the state of the operation target facility on the assumption that the operated equipment is operated according to the operation plan stored by the operation plan storage means, wherein 
 the operation result evaluation means evaluates the operation result information stored in the operation information storage means by comparing the information about the state of the operation target facility derived by the simulation means with the information about the state of the operation target facility stored in the operation target facility state storage means.

The operation assisting system according to  claim 3 , wherein the information about the state of the operation target facility relates to the cost concerning an operation target facility, the energy supply cost for the operation target facility, operated equipment cost, the amount of carbon dioxide emission, the amount of nitrogen oxide emission, the amount of global warming substance emission, the amount of primary energy use, the amount of crude oil-converted energy consumption, the amount of energy oversupply or undersupply, or electric power quality.  
     
     
         5 . An operation assisting system comprising: 
 an operation plan formulating means for deriving by calculation candidates for a plan for operating operated equipment;    means for displaying the operation plan candidates derived by the operation plan formulating means;    means for entering an operation plan for the operated equipment; and    means for storing information about the actual operation of the operated equipment, wherein 
 the operation plan candidates formulated by the operation plan formulating means and the operation information stored by the operation information storage means are compared to evaluate the operation information.  
   
     
     
         6 . The operation assisting system according to  claim 5 , further comprising: 
 a simulating means for deriving by calculation information about the state of the operation target facility on the assumption that the operation target facility has been operated according to the operation plan entered into the operation plan input means; and    a simulation result display means for displaying information about the state of the operation target facility derived by the simulation means.    
     
     
         7 . The operation assisting system according to  claim 1 , further comprising: 
 means for formulating an operation plan by calculation;    means for displaying the operation plan formulated by the operation plan formulating means; and    means for storing information about the state of the operation target facility, wherein 
 the operation plan formulating means formulates the operation plan based on the operation information stored by the operation information storage means and the information about the state of the operation target facility stored by the operation target facility state storage means.  
   
     
     
         8 . The operation assisting system according to  claim 1 , further comprising: 
 a demand prediction creating means for predicting by calculation the value of demand concerning the operation target facility; and    means for storing an actual demand value concerning the operation target facility, wherein 
 the demand prediction creating means predicts the demand value based on the demand storage means.  
   
     
     
         9 . The operation assisting system according to  claim 7 , wherein said means for storing the state of the operation target facility stores information about the operation target facility by classifying the information according to certain conditions.  
     
     
         10 . The operation assisting system according to  claim 8 , wherein said means for storing the actual demand value stores an actual demand value concerning the operation target facility by classifying the information according to certain conditions.  
     
     
         11 . The operation assisting system according to  claim 9 , wherein the conditions for classification relate to information concerning the date such as year, month and day of the week, a product manufactured at the operation target facility, weather, events, number of people involved, employee attendance or holidays.  
     
     
         12 . The operation assisting system according to  claim 10 , wherein the conditions for classification relate to information concerning the date such as year, month and day of the week, a product manufactured at the operation target facility, weather, events, number of people involved, employee attendance or holidays.  
     
     
         13 . An operation-assisting computer program for causing a computer to function as means for: 
 storing information about the actual operation of an operation facility carried out by an operator;    evaluating the operation information stored; and    displaying the result of evaluation.
