Abstract

The invention consists of a back liner panel with pre-formed ribs to secured to a substrate to receive properly shaped tiles.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A back liner panel with raised ribs to act as grout lines, in which ribs are spaced apart at an equal dimension horizontally and vertically to form a pattern of squares. A tile will fit between each square giving the look of tile with grout lines.

2 . The liner panel in claim # 1 with preformed ribs is a solid panel for waterproofing.

3 . The pre-formed ribs will have slight indentations on vertical sides to ensure proper fit of tiles.

4 . Tiles will have decorative face with turned down sides that fit between ribs. These turned down sides will have a small protrusion to fit into ribs firmly.

5 . If so desired, tiles may have extended face to eliminate the appearance of grout lines formed by the ribs.
