Aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester solution composition
Abstract
A multilayer print circuit board containing an insulating layer containing an aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester solution composition formed on a substrate having a circuit pattern, and another circuit pattern formed on said insulating layer so as to electrically communicate with the former circuit pattern; with the aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester solution composition containing 100 parts by weight of a solvent (A), 0.01 to 100 parts by weight of an aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester (B) and 1 to 100 parts by weight of an inorganic filler (C), and the solvent (A) is a solvent containing 30% by weight or more of a chlorine-substituted phenol compound represented by formula (I): wherein A represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a tri-halogenated methyl group, and i represents an integer of 1 or more and 4 or less.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A multilayer print circuit board comprising an insulating layer containing an aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester solution composition formed on a substrate having a circuit pattern, and another circuit pattern formed on said insulating layer so as to electrically communicate with the former circuit pattern;
wherein the aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester solution composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a solvent (A), 0.01 to 100 parts by weight of an aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester (B) and 1 to 100 parts by weight of an inorganic filler (C), and wherein said solvent (A) is a solvent containing 30% by weight or more of a chlorine-substituted phenol compound represented by the following general formula (I): wherein A represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a tri-halogenated methyl group, and i represents an integer of 1 or more and 4 or less.
2 . A process for producing a multilayer print circuit board, wherein the process comprises the steps of forming an insulating layer containing an aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester solution composition on a substrate having a circuit pattern, and forming another circuit pattern on said insulating layer so as to electrically communicate with the former circuit pattern;
wherein the aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester solution composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a solvent (A), 0.01 to 100 parts by weight of an aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester (B) and 1 to 100 parts by weight of an inorganic filler (C), and wherein said solvent (A) is a solvent containing 30% by weight or more of a chlorine-substituted phenol compound represented by the following general formula (I): wherein A represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a tri-halogenated methyl group, and i represents an integer of 1 or more and 4 or less.
3 . A dielectric membrane obtained by applying an aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester solution composition on a substrate;
wherein the aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester solution composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a solvent (A), 0.01 to 100 parts by weight of an aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester (B) and 0.2 to 200 parts by weight of a dielectric powder, and wherein said solvent (A) is a solvent containing 30% by weight or more of a chlorine-substituted phenol compound represented by the following general formula (I): wherein A represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a tri-halogenated methyl group, and i represents an integer of 1 or more and 4 or less.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
