Abstract

A vehicle-mounted unit ( 2 ) has two brackets ( 21 ) and ( 22 ) with bolt through-holes ( 23 ). The vehicle-mounted unit ( 2 ) is installed on an interior of a vehicle body by inserting stud bolts ( 3 ) into the bolt through-holes ( 23 ) and screwing hexagonal nuts ( 4 ) onto the stud bolts ( 3 ). Each of the brackets ( 21 ) and ( 22 ) has a slide passage ( 25 ) that extends from an outer periphery of the bracket to the bolt through-hole ( 23 ) to laterally guide the stud bolt ( 3 ). Each slide passage ( 25 ) is formed so that the vehicle-mounted unit ( 2 ) can detachably slide on each stud bolt ( 3 ) in a direction perpendicular to an axis of the bolt ( 3 ).

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . In an installation structure for a vehicle-mounted unit comprising:
a vehicle-including at least two brackets, a bolt through-hole formed in each bracket, and said vehicle-mounted unit adapted to be installed in an interior of a vehicle body by inserting supporting bolts into said bolt through-holes and screwing a threaded-bore member onto each of said supporting bolts, a slide passage in each of said brackets extending from an outer periphery of said bracket to said bolt through-hole to laterally guide said supporting bolt; and each of said slide passages formed so that said vehicle-mounted unit can be detachable supported on each of said supporting bolts in a direction perpendicular to an axis of said supporting bolt.

2 . An installation structure for a vehicle-mounted unit according to claim 1 , wherein an opening of one slide passage at an outer periphery of the one bracket faces in a direction different from an opening of the other slide passage at an outer periphery of the other bracket.

3 . An installation structure for a vehicle-mounted unit according to claim 1 , wherein said slide passages are formed in straight-line configurations.

4 . An installation structure for a vehicle-mounted unit according to claim 3 , wherein said vehicle-mounted unit is attached to a standing wall surface by two brackets, the one slide passage is opened at a lower position in the one bracket, and the other slide passage is opened at a side position of the other bracket.

5 . An installation structure for a vehicle-mounted unit according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of said slide passages is provided on an inner periphery with a resilient latch rib that restrains said supporting bolt from passing through said slide passage.

6 . An installation structure for a vehicle-mounted unit according to claim 5 , wherein said resilient latch rib is provided on each of opposite side edges of said inner periphery of said slide passage.

7 . An installation structure for a vehicle-mounted unit according to claim 1 , wherein said brackets are formed into thin plate-like configurations.

8 . An installation structure for a vehicle-mounted unit according to claim 1 , wherein a second vehicle-mounted unit is attached to an attachment surface opposite from that of a first vehicle-mounted unit.

9 . An installation structure for a vehicle-mounted unit according to claim 1 , wherein said supporting bolts are stud bolts secured perpendicularly to a wall surface in an interior of a vehicle body.

10 . An installation structure for a vehicle-mounted unit according to claim 9 , wherein a latch flange is provided on at least a part of the periphery of said bolt through-hole or said slide passage in said bracket to engage a valley of a thread on said supporting bolt.
