Abstract

The invention relates to a bottle top with valve mainly for the sealing of carbonated drink bottles which has a cylindrical part, a pouring opening and sealing components, characterised by that there is a cup ( 10 ) seated in the internal space ( 1 b ) of the house ( 1 ) delimited by the house cylindrical part ( 1 a ), a sealing body ( 9 ) is placed in the cup ( 10 ), the scaling body ( 9 ) has a head ( 9 a ), neck ( 9 b ) and stem ( 9 d ), and a disc ( 9 c ) inserted in between these latter two, the neck ( 9 b ) and stem ( 9 d ) of the sealing body ( 9 ) are coaxial with each other and with the longitudinal axis ( 1 d ) of the house ( 1 ), a spherical valve body ( 11 ) that operates like a ball joint rests on the head ( 9 a ) of the sealing body ( 9 ), the head ( 9 a ) of the sealing body ( 9 ) fits to the valve body ( 11 ) along the slot ( 11 a ) established in the surface of the valve body ( 11 ), there is an axle ( 12 ) threaded through the valve body ( 11 ) concentrically, both ends of the axle ( 12 ) can be lifted away from in front of the cylindrical part ( 1 a ) of the house ( 1 ), and so the valve body ( 11 ) can be moved along the conical frustum shaped valve sealing ( 3 a ) of the supporting body ( 3 ) and though this is embedded in the operating tongue ( 2 ) making a free path for the liquid to be poured from the bottle, in the internal collar ( 1 c ) of the house ( 1 ) there is an outlet channel ( 6 a ), while in the bottom ( 10 a ) of the cup ( 10 ) there area passage openings ( 6 b ), the sealing body ( 9 ) stem ( 9 d ) is surrounded by a spring ( 8 ) that is up against the bottom ( 10 a ) of the cup ( 10 ), on the completion of the pouring the spring ( 8 ) blocks the path of the liquid by pushing the sealing body ( 9 ) disc ( 9 c ) up against the outlet channel ( 6 a ).

1 . A bottle top with valve mainly for the sealing of carbonated drink bottles which has a cylindrical part, a pouring opening and sealing components characterised by that there is a cup ( 10 ) seated in the internal space ( 1 b ) of the house ( 1 ) delimited by the house cylindrical part ( 1 a ), a sealing body ( 9 ) is placed in the cup ( 10 ), the sealing body ( 9 ) has a head ( 9 a ), neck ( 9 b ) and stem ( 9 d ), and a disc ( 9 c ) inserted in between these latter two, the neck ( 9 b ) and stem ( 9 d ) of the sealing body ( 9 ) are coaxial with each other and with the longitudinal axis ( 1 d ) of the house ( 1 ), a spherical valve body ( 11 ) that operates like a ball joint rests on the head ( 9 a ) of the sealing body ( 9 ), the head ( 9 a ) of the sealing body ( 9 ) fits to the valve body ( 11 ) along the slot ( 11 a ) established in the surface of the valve body ( 11 ), there is an axle ( 12 ) threaded through the valve body ( 11 ) concentrically, both ends of the axle ( 12 ) can be lifted away from in front of the cylindrical part ( 1 a ) of the house ( 1 ), and so the valve body ( 11 ) can be moved along the conical frustum shaped valve seating ( 3 a ) of the supporting body ( 3 ) and through this is embedded in the operating tongue ( 2 ) making a free path for the liquid to be poured from the bottle, in the internal collar ( 1 c ) of the house ( 1 ) there is an outlet channel ( 6 a ), while in the bottom ( 10 a ) of the cup ( 10 ) there are a passage openings ( 6 b ), the sealing body ( 9 ) stem ( 9 d ) is surrounded by a spring ( 8 ) that is up against the bottom ( 10 a ) of the cup ( 10 ), on the completion of the pouring the spring ( 8 ) blocks the path of the liquid by pushing the sealing body ( 9 ) disc ( 9 c ) up against the outlet channel ( 6 a ).

         2 . Bottle top with valve according to claim 1 characterised by that between the sealing body ( 9 ) disc ( 9 c ) and the internal collar ( 1 c ) of the house ( 1 ) there is a sealing ring ( 7 ) inserted.

3 . Bottle top with valve according to claims 1 - 2 characterised by that there is a screw thread ( 13 ) on the internal surface of the cylindrical part ( 1 a ) of the house ( 1 ) suitable for connection to the bottle.

4 . Bottle top with valve according to any of claims 1 - 3 characterised by that the end of the house ( 1 ) opposite to the bottle has a cover ( 4 ) that has pouring opening ( 5 ).

5 . Bottle top with valve according to claim 4 characterised by that the cover ( 4 ) is supplemented with an evaporation-prohibiting sheet suitable for covering the pouring opening ( 5 ).
