Collapsible container for storage
Abstract
A collapsible container for storage, including a highly resilient framework fabricated from springsteel, carbon, or other resilient polymer frame members, into a supporting configuration, into the shape as desired for the final storage container, and having a fabric material provided thereover, to form the side walls, base, and perhaps even a top cover, for the configured storage container, when readied for usage; but because of the inherent resiliency of the frame members, the entire container can be collapsed, into a reasonably flattened or laminar condition, for storage, transit, locating within luggage, or the like.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A collapsible container for storage comprising a frame work formed of resilient material to allow the framework to be erected into the structural configuration of the shape of the container desired, and when folded, the collapsible container may be flattened into a non-usable position for storage, said framework formed of a resilient material, capable of naturally extending to its erected configuration for usage, forcibly flattened into a laminar condition during non-usage, a fabric material applied over select surfaces of said erected framework, to provide confinement to any objects placed within said container during its usage.
2 . The collapsible container of claim 1 wherein the framework capable of forming the sides and base structures for the collapsible container.
3 . The collapsible container of claim 2 wherein the framework is formed of one of resilient steel, resilient polymer, resilient carbon, or other resilient composite material.
4 . The collapsible container of claim 3 wherein said fabric is formed of one of cloth, polymer, mesh material, or other covering material.
5 . The collapsible container of claim 4 wherein the container, when flattened, forming into a laminar structure.
6 . The collapsible container of claim 5 wherein the framework forming the bottom being of a crossed configuration.
7 . The collapsible container of claim 5 wherein the framework forming at least one of the sides of the container is formed of a crossed configuration.
8 . The collapsible container of claim 5 wherein the framework and the container is of a cylindrical configuration.
9 . The collapsible container of claim 5 wherein the framework or the container is of a rectangular configuration.
10 . The collapsible container of claim 5 wherein the framework for the container is of a square configuration.
11 . The collapsible container of claim 4 wherein the fabric material forming the covering includes cowling upon its upper edge, and which cowling closes the upper edge of the side walls for the formed framework of the collapsible container.
12 . The collapsible container for use for storage as described in claim 5 , wherein select of the framework for the container is bowed.
13 . The collapsible container of claim 5 wherein the framework comprises a pair of spaced apart resilient rectangular frames.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
