Carrier arrangement for a working device
Abstract
Support arrangement ( 10 ) for a working device such as a rode drill or an excavation machine, with a working boom which includes at least one link arm ( 12 ) which is linked to a base part ( 11 ). The base part is designed to be placed against the ground and there are one or more support legs ( 16 ) which are provided to be lowered against the ground. The link connection with the base part utilizes a swivel connection ( 25 ) which allows rotation around a generally vertical axis, while the working boom is provided with at least one power member, especially a hydraulic cylinder, for maneuvering, while the base part ( 11 ) includes a support member ( 16 ) with at least two legs ( 17 ) of which at least one can be adjustable in height.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedSupport arrangement (10) for a working device such as a rock drill an excavation machine or the like with a working boom which comprises at least one link arm (12) which is linked to a base pant (11) which is designed to be put against a ground while there are found one or more support member (16) which are provided to be lowered against the ground, and where the link connection with the base part comprises a swivel connection (25) which allows rotation around a generally vertical axis, while the working boom is provided with at least one power organ, especially a hydraulic cylinder, for manoeuvring, and where the base part (11) comprises a support member (16) with at least two legs (17) which allow to regulate the slant position against the ground, characterized in that the support member (16) is carried in such a way that it can be pivoted around a generally horizontal axis (19) which is ruining through the central pan of the support member.
2 . Support arrangement according to patent claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises a stationary or telescopic support leg in addition to the rockable support members so that there are given three leaning points in a triangular pattern.
3 . Support arrangement according to patent claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises two U-formed support members which are placed generally symmetrical on the base part ( 11 ).
4 . Support arrangement according to patent claim 1 or 3 , characterized in that the support member ( 16 ) or support member are placed with transverse running or longitudinal running rotary axles in relation to the maim direction of the support arrangement.
5 . Support arrangement according to patent claim 1 , characterized in that the support member ( 16 ) or support organs are provided with two diverging legs ( 17 ) which are connected with a transverse yoke (I 9 ), and that it/they are carried on an axle ( 19 ) which is mining through the transverse yoke.
6 . Support arrangement according to patent claims 15 , characterized in that the support member ( 16 ) or each support member is connected with two hydraulic cylinders ( 22 ) which are placed in or near the main plane of the support member minor-image symmetrical in relation to the pivoting axle ( 19 ) to form power coupling between the support member ( 16 ) and the support parts ( 14 ) of the base part ( 1 ), and where the two hydraulic cylinders ( 22 ) are connected by a pipe connection which includes a closing valve.
7 . Support arrangement according to one of patent claims 1 , characterized in that the base part ( 11 ) comprises a longitudinal running support beam ( 14 ).
8 . Support arrangement according to one of patent claims 1 - 7 , characterized in that the it is provided with an attachment fitting for coupling the ends of the working boom to a further support arrangement with a working boon for a working device.
9 . Support arrangement according to one of patent claims 1 - 7 , characterized in that it comprises a extension unit with two-four mutual linked arms ( 33 - 36 ) which can be extended and folded with the aid of hydraulic cylinders ( 37 - 40 ), while it is mounted detachable between a support device and the pedestal ( 11 ).
10 . Support arrangement according to patent claim 1 , characterized in that the base part comprises a transverse running beam ( 47 ) with a looming, downwards swivelable leg ( 48 ) at each end, which can be manoeuvred and locked with a hydraulic cylinder in a random position ( 49 ).
11 . Support arrangement according to patent claim 1 or 10 , characterized in that the base part comprises a downwards swivelable leg ( 50 ) which extends in the direction of the working device.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
