Communication device holder with bottom strap cradle

Abstract

A second device holder ( 210 ) for holding a having a second device holder strap ( 212 ) which has a second device holder back strap ( 212 A) having a second device holder strap upper band ( 212 U) securely fastened at a back end thereto and a second device holder strap lower band ( 212 L) securely fastened at a back and front end thereto forming a second device holder bottom strap ( 212 B) therebetween functioning to hold a second communication device ( 220 ). A clip is securely connected at a top distal end of the second device holder strap ( 212 ).

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . A second device holder ( 210 ) comprising: 
 A) a second device holder strap ( 212 ) which comprises a second device holder back strap ( 212 A) having a second device holder strap upper band ( 212 U) securely fastened at a back end thereto and a second device holder strap lower band ( 212 L) securely fastened at a back and front end thereto forming a second device holder bottom strap ( 212 B) therebetween functioning to hold a second communication device ( 220 ); and    B) a clip is securely connected at a top distal end of the second device holder strap ( 212 ).    
     
     
         2 . The second device holder ( 210 ) as described in  claim 1 , wherein the second device holder strap upper band ( 212 U) and the second device holder strap lower band ( 212 L) are manufactured from a resilient biasing material.  
     
     
         3 . The second device holder ( 210 ) as described in  claim 1 , wherein the resilient biasing material is selected from a group consisting of leather, leather composite, rubber, rubber composite, spring, bungee, elastic, natural fiber cord and synthetic fiber cord.  
     
     
         4 . The second device holder ( 210 ) as described in  claim 1 , wherein the clip is a second clip ( 218 ) comprising a second clip loop ( 218 A) and a second clip lever ( 218 B) pivotally mounted on the second clip loop ( 218 A) forming a closure therebetween.  
     
     
         5 . The second device holder ( 210 ) as described in  claim 1 , wherein the second clip lever ( 218 B) comprises a biasing means to automatically make the closure with the second clip loop ( 218 A).  
     
     
         6 . The second device holder ( 210 ) as described in  claim 1 , further comprises a second fastener ( 214 ) having a second male fastener ( 214 B) securely connected at a bottom distal end to a top distal end of the second device holder back strap ( 212 A), the second fastener ( 214 ) comprises a second female fastener ( 214 A) which is connected at a top distal end to the clip.  
     
     
         7 . The second device holder ( 210 ) as described in  claim 1 , wherein the second fastener ( 214 ) is connected to the second clip ( 218 ) by a second fastener strap ( 216 ).
