Blower for an air conditioner
Abstract
A blower for an air conditioner in the present invention mainly includes at least one faceplate, a cold-air blower, and an evaporator. Each of the faceplates has a wind outlet. The evaporator is installed to an upper floor construction. The cold-air blower having a case, a motor and at least one blower unit is capable of being disposed on the at least one faceplate and connected with the evaporator with wind holes of the case corresponding in location to the wind outlet of the at least one faceplate. With a combination of the above-mentioned components, cold air that is circulated by the evaporator can be blown directly and powerfully from the cold-air blower out of the wind outlet of the at least one faceplate so as to achieve a prompt blowing function and an optimum cold-room effect.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A blower for an air conditioner comprising:
at least one faceplate each having a wind outlet; a cold-air blower being disposed on said wind outlet of said at least one faceplate and having a case, a motor and at least one blower unit, said case having at least one wind hole corresponding in location to said wind outlet of said at least one faceplate, said motor being combined in said case and having at least one driving axle each combined with each said blower unit, each said blower unit having a wind-blowing opening being aligned to each said wind hole of said case, said wind-blowing opening of said at least one blower unit corresponding in location to said wind outlet of said at least one faceplate; an evaporator capable of being connected with said cold-air blower; and, whereby combine said cold-air blower on said at least one faceplate with said at least one wind hole of said case corresponding to said wind outlet of said at least one faceplate, connect said cold-air blower with said evaporator, and then fix said evaporator to an upper floor construction, by which said evaporator will circulate air to form cold air, and then said cold air can be blown directly and promptly from said cold-air blower out of said wind outlet of said at least one faceplate, thus achieving a prompt cold-air circulation and an optimum cold-room effect.
2 . A blower for an air conditioner comprising:
a frame having at least one opening each provided with a circumferential edge; at least one faceplate capable of being accommodated in said frame, each said faceplate corresponding in location to each said opening of said frame and having a wind outlet; a cold-air blower being disposed on said wind outlet of said at least one faceplate and having a case, a motor and at least one blower unit, said case having at least one wind hole corresponding to said wind outlet of said at least one faceplate, said motor being combined in said case and having at least one driving axle each combined with each said blower unit, each said blower unit having a wind-blowing opening being aligned to each said wind hole of said case, said wind-blowing opening of said at least one blower corresponding in location to said wind outlet of said at least one faceplate; an evaporator capable of being connected with said cold-air blower; and, whereby an assemblage of said components by connecting said cold-air blower with said evaporator, combining said case of said cold-air blower with said at least one faceplate, and then placing said at least one faceplate in said frame is convenient for said at least one faceplate to be installed when being matched with an arrangement of a ceiling.
3 . A blower for an air conditioner comprising:
at least one faceplate each juxtaposed with a wind outlet and a wind inlet; a cold-air blower being disposed on said wind outlet of said at least one faceplate and having a case, a motor and at least one blower unit, said case having at least one wind hole corresponding in location to said wind outlet of said at least one faceplate, said motor being combined in said case and having at least one driving axle each combined with each said blower unit, each said blower unit having a wind-blowing opening being aligned to each said wind hole of said case, said wind-blowing opening of said at least one blower corresponding in location to said wind outlet of said at least one faceplate; an evaporator capable of being connected with said cold-air blower; and, whereby air sucked by said wind inlet of said at least one faceplate can be circulated directly by said evaporator in a short distance to form cold air, and then said cold air can be blown promptly from said cold-air blower out of said wind outlet of said at least one faceplate, thus achieving an optimum cold-air circulation.
4 . The blower for an air conditioner as claimed in claim 1 , 2 or 3 , wherein at least one swing member is disposed in said wind outlet of said at least one faceplate, and wherein a driving motor is disposed at one side of said wind outlet of said at least one faceplate and connected with at least one transmission rod capable of being pivoted with said at least one swing member for swinging said at least one swing member back and forth with oscillating movements to expand blowing range.
5 . The blower for an air conditioner as claimed in claim 1 , 2 or 3 , wherein at least one windpipe is capable of being connected with said case of said cold-air blower and said wind outlet of said at least one faceplate for the convenience of adjusting the distance between said case of said cold-air blower and said at least one faceplate.
6 . The blower for an air conditioner as claimed in claim 1 , 2 or 3 , wherein a wind-in cover is capable of being covered on one side of said evaporator for powerfully sucking wind in so as to achieve a better effect in air circulation.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
