Information system, method, device and method providing system for conveying predetermined information as comment data

Abstract

An information providing device for providing various provide information formed with the predetermined format responding to a transfer request, and the information receiving system comprised of information processing device for receiving the provide information to be transmitted from the information providing device via the predetermined network and conducting information processing; the information providing device forms provide information by describing the comment data with the format readable by the information processing device in the comment area set with the format according to the predetermined program of the provider side, the information processing device receives the provided information to be transmitted via the network, and analyzing this according to the predetermined analyzing program, r ads out the comment data of comment area, and delivers the comment data to the predetermined application software and conducts the predetermined information processing according to th application software.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . An information receiving system comprising an information providing device for providing various information formed with the predetermined format responding to a transfer request and an information receiving system formed of an information processing d vice for conducting the information processing upon receiving said provide information to be transmitted from said information providing device via the predetermined network, wherein 
 said information providing device, comprising: 
 provide information forming means for forming said provid information by said information processing device by describing comment data having readable format that the information processing device can read in the comment area set with said format according to the predetermined program of the provider side; and  
 transmission means for transmitting said provide information formed by said provide information forming means to said information processing device via said network; and  
   said information processing device, comprising: 
 receiving means for receiving said provide information to b transmitted via said network;  
 analyzing means for analyzing said provide information r ceived by said receiving means according to the predetermined analyzing program and for reading out said comment data describ d in said comm nt ar a; and  
 control means for delivering said comment data read out by said analyzing means to the predetermined application software and conducting the predetermined information processing according to said application software.  
   
     
     
         2 . The information receiving system according to  claim 1 , wherein 
 said provide information is formed of hyper text markup language (HTML) file formed by the predetermined markup languag .    
     
     
         3 . The information receiving system according to  claim 1 , wherein 
 said provide information forming means of said information providing device forms said provide information at the time wh n it receives said transfer request from said information processing d vice.    
     
     
         4 . The information receiving system according to  claim 1 , wherein 
 said analyzing means of said information processing device analyzes said provide information by using the World Wide Web (WWW) browser as said analyzing program and reads out said comm nt data described in said comment area by the auxiliary program to start on said WWW browser.    
     
     
         5 . The information receiving system according to  claim 1 , wherein 
 said control means of said information processing devic rises a capture flag when it hands over said comment data to the predetermined application software and prevents recapturing of said comment data to said application software based on the condition of said capture flag.    
     
     
         6 . An information receiving method for transmitting various provide information formed with the predetermined format from th information providing device responding to the transfer request via the predetermined network and conducting the information processing upon receiving said provide information transmitted by the information processing device, wherein 
 said information providing device comprising the steps of: 
 forming said provide information by describing the comm nt data with the format readable by said information processing device in the comment area set with said format according to the predetermined program of the provider side; and  
 transmitting said provide information formed by said st p of forming provide information to said information processing device via said network: and  
   said information processing device comprising the steps of: 
 receiving said provide information to be transmitted via said network;  
 analyzing said provide information received by said step of receiving according to the predetermined analyzing program and r ading out said comment data described in said comment area; and  
 controlling for handing over said comment data read out by said step of analyzing to the predetermined application software and for conducting said predetermined information processing according to said application software.  
   
     
     
         7 . The information receiving method according to  claim 6 , wherein 
 said provide information is formed of hyper text markup language (HTML) file formed by the predetermined markup language.    
     
     
         8 . The information receiving method according to  claim 6 , wherein 
 said step of forming provide information of said information providing device forms said provide information at the time when it receives a transmission request from said information processing device.    
     
     
         9 . The information receiving method according to  claim 6 , wherein 
 said step of analyzing of said information processing device analyzes said provide information by using the World Wide Web (WWW) as th analyzing program and reads out said comm nt data d scribed in said comment area by the auxiliary program to start on said WWW browser.    
     
     
         10 . The information receiving method according to  claim 6 , wherein 
 said step of controlling of said information processing d vice rises a capture flag when it hands over said comment data to the predetermined application software and prevents the r capture of said comment data to said application software based on the condition of said capture flag.    
     
     
         11 . An information providing device for providing various information formed with the predetermined format to the information processing device connected via the predetermined n twork in response to the transfer request from said information processing device, comprising: 
 provide information forming means for forming said provid information by describing the comment data with the format that said information processing device can read in the comment ar a s t by said format according to the predetermined program of th provider side; and    transmission means for transmitting said provide information formed by said provide information forming means to said information proc ssing devic via said network.    
     
     
         12 . The information providing device according to  claim 11 , wh rein 
 said provide information is formed of hyper text markup language (HTML) file formed by the predetermined markup language.    
     
     
         13 . The information providing device according to  claim 11 , wh rein 
 said information forming means forms said provide information from the time when it receives said transfer request from said information processing device.

An information providing method for providing various provide information formed with the predetermined format to th, information processing device connected via the predetermined n twork responding to the transfer request from said information processing device, comprising the steps of: 
 forming said provide information by describing the comment data with the format readable by said information processing d vice in the comment area set with said format according to the predetermined program of the provider side; and    transmitting said provide information formed by said st p of forming provide information to said information processing d vic via said network.    
     
     
         15 . The information providing method according to  claim 14 , wherein 
 said provide information is formed of hyper text markup language (HTML) file formed by the predetermined markup language.    
     
     
         16 . The information providing method according to  claim 14 , wherein 
 said step of forming provide information forms said provide information from the time when said transfer request from said information processing device is received.

An information providing method providing medium, in which programs for providing various provide information formed with the predetermined format to the information processing device connected via the predetermined network responding to a transfer r quest from said information processing device are memorized, and for making the information providing device execute the following programs, said programs comprising the steps of: 
 forming said provide information by describing the comment data with the format readable by said information processing d vice in the comment area set with said format according to th pr determined program of the provider side; and    transmitting the provide information formed by said step of forming provide information to the information processing device via said n twork.    
     
     
         18 . The information providing method providing medium according to  claim 17 , wherein 
 said provide information is formed of hyper text markup language (HTML) formed by the predetermined markup language.    
     
     
         19 . The information providing method providing medium according to  claim 18 , wherein 
 said step of forming provide information forms said provide information from the time when said transfer request from said information processing device is received.    
     
     
         20 . An information processing device for conducting information processing upon receiving various provide information formed with the predetermined format and transmitted from the information providing device responding to the transfer request via the pr determined network, comprising: 
 receiving means for receiving said provide information formed by describing the comment data with readable format in the comment area set by said format via said network;    analyzing means for analyzing said provide information r ceived by said receiving means according to the predetermined analyzing program and reading out said comment data described in said comment area; and    control means for handing ov r said comm nt data r ad out by said analyzing m ans to the pr determined application softwar and for conducting the predetermined information processing according to said application software.    
     
     
         21 . The information processing device according to  claim 20 , wherein 
 said provide information is formed of hyper text markup language (HTML) file formed by the predetermined markup language.    
     
     
         22 . The information processing device according to  claim 20 , wherein 
 said analyzing means analyzes said provide information by using the World Wide Web (WWW) as said analyzing program, and reads out said comment data described in the comment area by the auxiliary program which rises on said WWW browser.    
     
     
         23 . The information processing device according to  claim 20 , wh rein 
 said control means, rising a capture flag when it hands over said comment data to the predetermined application software, pr vents recapture of said comment data to said application software based on the condition of said capture flag.

An information processing method for receiving various provide information form d with th pr determined format and transmitted from th information providing d vice in r sponse to the transfer request via the predetermined network and for conducting the information processing, comprising the steps of: 
 receiving said provide information formed by describing the comment data of readable format into the comment area set by said format via said network;    analyzing the provide information received by said step of r ceiving according to the predetermined analyzing program and for r ading out said comment data described into said comment area; and    controlling for handing over said comment data read out by said step of analyzing to the predetermined application software and for conducting the predetermined information processing according to said application software.

 said provide information is formed of hyper text markup language (HTML) file formed by the predetermine markup languag.    
     
     
         26 . The information processing method according to  claim 24 , wherein 
 said step of analyzing analyzes said provide information by using the World Wide Web (WWW) as said analyzing program and reads out said comm nt data describ d in said comment area by the auxiliary program starting on said WWW brows r.    
     
     
         27 . The information processing method according to  claim 24 , wh rein 
 said step of controlling, rising a capture flag when said comment data is handed over to the predetermined application software, prevents recapture of said comment data to said application software based on the condition of said capture flag.    
     
     
         28 . An information processing method providing medium, wherein 
 various provide information formed with the predetermined format are transmitted from the information providing device r sponding to the transfer request via the predetermined network, and said information processing method providing medium in which programs for receiving said provide information transmitted and conducting the information processing are memorized, and for making the information processing device execute the following programs, said programs comprising the steps of: 
 receiving said provide information formed by describing the comment data of readable format into the comment area set with said format via said network;  
 analyzing said provide information received by said st p of r ceiving according to the prescribed analyzing program and reading out said comment data described in said comment area; and  
 controlling for handing over said comment data read out by said st p of analyzing to the predetermined application software and for conducting the pr determin d information processing according to said application software.
