Abstract
The container of the present invention is formed at the upper portion of the main body with the foldable portion having folding lines for easily folding the foldable portion. Processes for forming the container comprises the first step for forming the preform by the injection and the second step for forming the finished product having the foldable portion by the blow molding.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A container with a foldable portion and a method for manufacturing the same comprising:
a spout in which a cap is coupled; a foldable portion which is formed below the spout and makes it possible the spout to be folded or unfolded.
2 . A container with a foldable portion and a method for manufacturing the same as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the foldable portion is forwardly formed from a folding base line as if the foldable portion hugs the spout centering around the folding base line.
3 . A container with a foldable portion and a method for manufacturing the same as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the foldable portion includes folding lines in order to be easily folded in.
4 . A container with a foldable portion and a method for manufacturing the same as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the folding lines make a relatively plane upper surface of the foldable portion at the front of the folding base line, the upper surface is formed with the folding lines at both sides thereof centering around th folding base line, and th ends of those folding lines meet a folding line parallel to the folding base line.
5 . A container with a foldable portion and a method for manufacturing the same as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the length of the folding line formed at the front of the folding base line is shorter than that of the folding base line.
6 . A container with a foldable portion and a method for manufacturing the same as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the folding lines downward widened are formed at each end of the folding line met with the folding lines formed at both ends of the upper surface of the foldable portion.
7 . A container with a foldable portion and a method for manufacturing the same as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the foldable portion is shaped at its both sides of faced two triangles and between the triangles, is shaped of two trapezoids protrudently met each other.
8 . A container with a foldable portion and a method for manufacturing the same which is produced from a preform designed such that it includes a various shape and size of a spout which is formed above an annular band to be coupled with a closure, a main body formed below the annular band to be blown into a bottle and a thin portion for folding formed between the annular band and main body to be blown into th foldable portion.
9 . A container with a foldable portion and a method for manufacturing the same as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the preform is blown into a predetermined shape of a bottle and at the same time, the thin portion for folding is blown into a bellows shaped foldable portion.
10 . A container with a foldable portion and a method for manufacturing the same as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the foldable portion can be folded to be overlapped.
11 . A container with a foldable portion and a method for manufacturing the same as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the thin portion for folding of the preform is molded thinner than that of the preform main body.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
