Abstract
An evergreen Christmas tree is a Christmas tree dug out with root having means to split root core from root skin with a thin portion of outboard root core, means to bend said root skins with thin cores from a vertical plane into a horizontal plane, means to cut the root core, means to protect the root skins and root cores from rotten, means to hold the tree steady by a fixture, and means to hold and not to hold earth and water so that the tree will be alive continuously indoor and outdoor for the years to come.

1 . An evergreen Christmas tree is a continuous alive Christmas tree dug out with root having
means to split root center core away from root skins with a thin layer of outboard root cores, means to bend said skins with root cores from a vertical plane into a horizontal plane, means to cut said root center core, means to prevent inside of said root skins and root cores from rotten after cut, means to hold steady by a fixture, and means to hold earth and water.

An evergreen Christmas tree according to claim 1 , wherein said means to split root center core away from root skins with thin layer of outboard root cores is performed by drilling on at least one section, a plural of equally spaced shallow radial holes on said root; drilling each pair of neighboring holes through; and split along the said root so that each strip comprising a portion of said root skin with a thin layer of said outboard root core.

An evergreen Christmas tree according to claim 1 , wherein said means to bend said root skins with root cores from a vertical plane into a horizontal plane is performed by bend 90 degrees each said root skin with root core outboard and bend again 180 degrees inboard underneath the previous bent, upper segment.
4 . An evergreen Christmas tree according to claim 1 , wherein said means to cut said root center core is performed by cut said root center core at several inches from bending points and drilling a long hole on the bottom of said root center core.
5 . An evergreen Christmas tree according to claim 1 , wherein said means to cut said root center core is performed by cut said root center core at several inches from bending points.
6 . An evergreen Christmas tree according to claim 1 , wherein said means to prevent inside of said root skins and root cores from rotten after cut is performed by painting with lacquer.
7 . An evergreen Christmas tree according to claim 1 , wherein said means to hold steady by a fixture is performed by add a cross wooden fixture with wooden tabs on outboard ends to maintain the same elevation; with intersecting area nailed onto the bottom of said cut root center core, and with all outboard ends of bent said root skins with root cores attached onto the outboard ends of said cross wooden fixture.
8 . An evergreen Christmas tree according to claim 1 , wherein said means to hold steady by a fixture is performed by add a container having a post to insert into the hole of said cut root center core, and wooden rods attaching onto upper root at center and said container at outboard ends.
9 . An evergreen Christmas tree according to claim 1 , wherein said means to hold earth and water is performed by add a piece of raincoat cloth at the bottom side of said fixture, and tied and secured at tree center area above bending points of said root skins with a thin layer of outboard root cores.
