Abstract

Disclosed is a folding chair with a detachable table which is adapted to achieve easy attachment and separation of the chair and the table, thereby improving convenience of its carriage and storage, and its operation efficiency. The table ( 1 ) includes a table plate capable of being rearwardly swung to be opened, vertical posts ( 4 and 4′ ) disposed at corners of a seat of the chair and X-shaped crossed links ( 3 ) disposed among the rear vertical posts ( 4 and 4′ ), and the chair includes rear vertical posts ( 14 or 24 ) and X-shaped crossed links ( 13 or 23 ). The folding chair and the table have means for detachably and rotatably connecting the folding chair to the table.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A folding chair with a detachable table, in which the table includes a table plate capable of being rearwardly swung open, vertical posts disposed at corners of a seat of the chair and X-shaped crossed links disposed among the vertical posts, and the chair includes rear vertical posts and X-shaped crossed links, comprising:
means for detachably and rotatably connecting the folding chair to the table.

2 . The folding chair with a detachable table as set forth in claim 1 , in which the connecting means comprises snap fitting hooks formed at first connecting brackets coupled to the rear vertical posts of the folding chair, and snap fitting projections formed at second connecting brackets coupled to the rear vertical posts of the table, which is adapted to be fitted on the snap hooks.

3 . The folding chair with a detachable table as set forth in claim 2 , in which the second connecting brackets are provided with stoppers for preventing the snap hooks from being turned to a predetermined angle or more and also separating the snap hooks from the snap projections at the predetermined angle.

4 . The folding chair with a detachable table as set forth in claim 2 or 3 , in which each of the snap projections is provided at its upper end with a hemisphere-shaped fitting guide having a diameter larger than that of the snap projection to form a step portion, thereby preventing the snap hook from being separated from the snap projection.

5 . The folding chair with a detachable table as set forth in claim 1 , in which the connecting means comprises male brackets coupled to upper and lower portions of the rear vertical posts of the chair, and female brackets, each of which has an inserting passage into which a projection of the male bracket is inserted, a turning guide eccentrically mounted on a rotating shaft at a side of the inserting passage, a blocker for limiting a turning angle of the male bracket, and a connecting handle biased toward the male bracket by a resilient means and adapted to be turned together with the turning guide.
