A sprayer device includes a post having an upper portion for supporting a hose, and having a tip formed in the lower portion for engaging into ground. A foot pedal has an opening for receiving the post, and for moving the foot pedal along the post to the required position, and has a peripheral edge for engaging with the post and for forcing the post into the ground when the foot pedal is moved downwardly by users. The post includes an orifice formed in the upper portion for receiving the hose or a coupler. A hose receiver device may be attached to the post for receiving the hose.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A sprayer assembly comprising:
a hose, a post including an upper portion for supporting said hose, and including a lower portion having a tip formed thereon for engaging into ground, and a foot pedal including an opening formed therein for receiving said post, and for moving said foot pedal along said post, said foot pedal including a peripheral edge for forming said opening thereof, and engaged with said post for forcing said post into the ground when said foot pedal is moved downwardly by users.
2 . The sprayer assembly according to claim 1 , wherein said post includes at least one projection formed close to said tip of said post, said opening of said foot pedal includes at least one enlarged corner area for receiving said at least one projection of said post, and for allowing said post to engage through said opening of said post.
3 . The sprayer assembly according to claim 1 , wherein said post includes an orifice formed in said upper portion thereof for receiving said hose.
4 . The sprayer assembly according to claim 1 further comprising a coupler supported on said upper portion of said post and coupled to said hose.
5 . The sprayer assembly according to claim 4 , wherein said post includes a depression formed in said upper portion thereof, said coupler includes a block received in said depression of said post.
6 . The sprayer assembly according to claim 5 , wherein said post includes a base panel and two side ribs for defining said depression thereof, said base panel includes an orifice formed therein.
7 . The sprayer assembly according to claim 6 , wherein said coupler has a mouth engaged through said orifice of said base-panel and coupled to said hose.
8 . The sprayer assembly according to claim 6 , wherein said block includes at least one flat surface formed thereon for engaging with said side ribs of said post and for preventing said block of said coupler from rotating relative to said post.
9 . The sprayer assembly according to claim 1 further comprising a hose receiver device, and means for attaching said hose receiver device to said post.
10 . The sprayer assembly according to claim 9 , wherein said hose receiver device includes two arms each having an upper portion and a lower portion, a bar provided between said lower portions of said arms, and a handle provided on said upper portions of said arms.
11 . The sprayer assembly according to claim 9 , wherein said post includes at least one aperture formed therein, said hose includes at least one hook engageable into said at least one aperture of said post, for attaching said receiver device to said post.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
