Closure cap with tear strip for bottles

Abstract

An easy-opening cap ( 1 ) for container or bottles, notably of sparkling wine, includes a peripheral conical skirt which has in its upper part ( 1 b ), an opening strip ( 2 ) located between two frangible lines ( 22 a , 22 b ) which constitute zones of removal and extend around the totality of the cap. The opening strip ( 2 ) includes a “tircell” or pullable detachment strip ( 21 ) located between the two frangible lines ( 22 a, 22 b ).

Easy-opening cap ( 1 ) for containers or bottles ( 3 ) of sparkling wines in particular, of the type including a peripheral conical skirt including, in its upper part ( 1   b ), an opening band ( 2 ) edged by two frangible lines ( 22   a ,  22   b ), constitute zones of removal and extend along the totality of the periphery of the cap, while the removal strip of the type “tircell” ( 21 ) is located between two frangible lines ( 22   a ,  22   b ).  
     
     
         2 . Easy-opening cap ( 1 ) for containers or bottles ( 3 ) of sparkling wine according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the “tircell” is of a length (L) such that it at least makes one turn of the aforementioned periphery of the bottle ( 3 ).

Easy-opening cap ( 1 ) for containers or bottles ( 3 ) of sparkling wine according to  claim 2 , characterized in the length of the aforementioned “tircell” ( 21 ) is longer than the opening band ( 2 ), so that its extremity ( 23 ) extends beyond the covering of the opening band, to constitute a gripping portion ( 23 ) for the user who, by traction, and peripheral displacement will involve in its removal the opening band and thus its removal thanks to the frangible lines.  
     
     
         4 . Easy-opening cap ( 1 ) for containers or bottles ( 3 ) of sparkling wine according to the preceding claims, characterized by its two frangible lines ( 22   a ,  22   b ) which are parallel and extend horizontally.  
     
     
         5 . Easy-opening cap ( 1 ) for containers or bottles ( 3 ) of sparkling wine according to the preceding claims, characterized in that its “tircell” removal strip ( 21 ) and is situated sensibly equidistant from each frangible line ( 22   a ,  22   b ).  
     
     
         6 . Easy-opening cap ( 1 ) for containers or bottles ( 3 ) of sparkling wine according to  claim 5 , characterized in that its “tircell” removal strip ( 21 ) extends horizontally.  
     
     
         7 . Easy-opening cap ( 1 ) for containers or bottles ( 3 ) of sparkling wine according to the preceding claims, characterized in that's its “tircell” removal strip ( 21 ), makes at least one turn of the aforementioned higher part ( 1   b ) of the cap ( 1 ).  
     
     
         8 . Easy-opening cap ( 1 ) according to claims  1  through  4 , characterized in that the lower frangible line ( 22   b ) is located under the glass ring ( 7 ), while the upper frangible line ( 22   a ) is located below the top ( 25 ) of neck of the bottle.  
     
     
         9 . Easy-opening cap ( 1 ) according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the “tircell” ( 21 ) made of a ribbon of a smaller width than that of the opening strip.  
     
     
         10 . Easy-opening cap ( 1 ) according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the “tircell” ( 21 ) extends at a skew.
