Skirt for emergency toilets

Abstract

The invention is a supply skirt for emergency toilets made of a generally cylindrical skirt of flexible material. The skirt is affixed over its circumference by a generally concave receptacle section of flexible material which fits into the hollow of the toilet. This receptacle section has a top surface and a bottom surface. Attached to the bottom surface is a holder of flexible material. An opening connects the holder and said top surface. The holder in cooperation with the opening is a dispenser for human waste bags. Around the outer aspect of said skirt is one or more pockets for the storage of toilet articles. The pockets have protective flaps. The skirt is adapted to fit over a toilet either a normal household toilet or a bucket toilet. One embodiment of the invention does not have a holder under the concave receptacle section

I claim:  
     
         1 ) A supply skirt for emergency toilets comprising: 
 a generally cylindrical skirt of flexible material;    said skirt has an inner aspect and an outer aspect    said skirt has a top edge and a bottom edge;    said top edge of said skirt is affixed over its inward circumference by a generally concave receptacle section of flexible material;    said generally concave receptacle section has a top surface and a bottom surface;    affixed to said bottom surface is a holder of flexible material;    connecting said holder and said top surface is an opening;    said holder in cooperation with said opening in said top section is a dispenser for human waste bags;    around the outer aspect of said skirt is one or more pockets for the storage of toilet articles;    said skirt is adapted to fit over a toilet.    
     
     
         2 ) A supply skirt for emergency toilets as in  claim 1  wherein said toilet is an ordinary bathroom toilet.  
     
     
         3 ) A supply skirt for emergency toilets as in  claim 1  wherein said toilet is; 
 a generally round bucket with an open top;  
 affixed around the circumference of said top is a cover;  
 said cover has a generally oval opening to receive human waste;  
 a lid is adapted to fit into said oval opening and said lid is placed in said oval opening when not in use.  
 
     
     
         4 ) A supply skirt for emergency toilets as in  claim 1  wherein said pockets have protective flaps.  
     
     
         5 ) A supply skirt for emergency toilets as in  claim 1  wherein said toilet is an ordinary bucket.  
     
     
         6 ) A supply skirt for emergency toilets comprising: 
 a generally cylindrical skirt of flexible material;    said skirt has an inner aspect and an outer aspect    said skirt has a top edge and a bottom edge;    said top edge of said skirt is affixed over its inward circumference by a generally concave receptacle section of flexible material;    around the outer aspect of said skirt is one or more pockets for the storage of toilet articles;    said skirt is adapted to fit over a toilet.    
     
     
         7 ) A supply skirt for emergency toilets as in  claim 6  wherein said toilet is an ordinary bathroom toilet.  
     
     
         8 ) A supply skirt for emergency toilets as in  claim 6  wherein said toilet is; 
 a generally round bucket with an open top;  
 affixed around the circumference of said top is a cover;  
 said cover has a generally oval opening to receive human waste;  
 a lid is adapted to fit into said oval opening and said lid is placed in said oval opening when not in use.

         10 ) A supply skirt for emergency toilets as in  claim 6  wherein is an ordinary bucket.
