Three piece self-contained gutter cleaning kit

Abstract

The gutter cleaning kit consists of three elements; a telescopic twist—lock extension pole, gloves and bucket hook. The gutter cleaning tool is a telescopic extension pole with a plate attached to one end of the pole. The gutter cleaning tool can reach 20 to 22′ in length which allows the user to clean up to 22 to 22′ of gutter in one ladder move. The gutter tool also has the capability to reach leaves and sticks from roofs and eves. The tool allows the user to place the tool inside of gutter to clean under spikes and straps and leaf guard gutter systems. The tool can be used in all shapes of gutters. The apparatus can be expanded from a 4′ reach to an 8′ reach in length with a small diameter telescopic extension pole. The unique design of the apparatus is the small diameter telescopic extension pole that gives the user a quick and easy way to clean debris from all size of gutters. The tool is lightweight, telescopic extension pole that makes it easy to use. It is a self-contained kit that enables the unit to be easily stored. The tool allows the user to stay away from power lines and other dangers things around building. The apparatus has multi-position self-locking system that allows the user to reach places that other cleaners do not.

The inventor claims that the gutter kit:  
     
         1 . Is made up of a bucket hook, specially designed pole and gloves; that allows for hanging a bucket on the ladder with the hook to allow for easy access to a container for debris; aids in maintaining clean and safe conditions through rubber long gauntlet gloves and permits extended reach from one ladder position; helping maintain safety through distance from treats of power lines and other hazards. The items and secured together for storage with a special strap attached to the pole for safekeeping of gloves and bucket hook.  
     
     
         2 . Contains long-gauntlet rubber gloves to provide sanitary security from debris and scrape-prevention protection for users of the kit and a hook to connect a bucket to the ladder to collect debris and prevent unsanitary mess in the surrounding area.  
     
     
         3 . Includes a specially designed pole that allows cleaning as much as 20 to 22′ of gutter cleaning in one ladder move; using extension and plate, it works under spikes and ferrules and straps due to small diameter extension pole and plate that fits under spikes and straps of gutter and leaf guard systems; and fits in all shapes of gutters; is light weight—The weight of the expandable pole makes it easy to control and a multi-position self-locking mechanism allows the tool to be locked at multi-positions from lengths between 4 feet & 8 feet reaches; has a small diameter tubular telescopic extension pole that makes it easy to place tool inside the gutter.
