Claims

Abstract

A cap includes a cap body having a cap cavity and a bottom brim, a cap accessory having a corresponding coupling edge, and a sliding rail assembly, wherein the sliding rail assembly includes an elongated guiding rail extended along the bottom brim of the cap body, and a sliding guider which is affixed to a portion of the coupling edge of the cap accessory and slidably engaged with the sliding rail in such a manner that the cap accessory is capable of selectively sliding along the bottom brim of the cap body.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . A cap, comprising: 
 a cap body having a cap cavity and a bottom brim;    a cap accessory having a corresponding coupling edge; and    a sliding rail assembly, comprising:    an elongated guiding rail extended along said bottom brim of said cap body; and    a sliding guider which is affixed to a portion of said coupling edge of said cap accessory and slidably engaged with said sliding rail in such a manner that said cap accessory is capable of selectively sliding along said bottom brim of said cap body.    
     
     
         2 . The cap, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said guiding rail is an elongated strap having a C-shaped cross sectional defining a longitudinal sliding slot having an opening facing towards said coupling edge of said cap accessory, wherein said sliding guider is slidably engaged with said sliding slot so that said cap accessory is capable of selectively sliding along said bottom brim of said cap body.  
     
     
         3 . The cap, as recited in  claim 2 , wherein said sliding guider comprises an elongated guiding arm which is securely affixed to said portion of said coupling edge of said cap accessory and extended into said sliding slot through said opening thereof, and an enlarged guider head extended from said guiding arm to a position within said sliding slot for retaining said sliding guider in position, so as to slidably engage said sliding guider with said guiding rail.  
     
     
         4 . The cap, as recited in  claim 3 , wherein said sliding rail assembly further comprises an alignment arrangement to guide said cap accessory in position, wherein said alignment has a plurality of guiding indentions spacedly formed on upper and lower walls of said sliding slot respectively and comprises at least two corresponding guiding protrusions opposedly projected from a circumferential surface of said guider head in such a manner that when said sliding guider is slid along said guiding rail, said guiding protrusions are respectively engaged with said corresponding guiding indentions so as to retain said cap accessory in position.

The cap, as recited in  claim 3 , wherein said guiding head is rotatably mounted to a rear end of said guiding arm at a position with said sliding slot in such a manner that when said cap accessory is slid along said bottom brim of said cap body, said guider head is driven to rotate with said sliding slot.

The cap, as recited in  claim 5 , wherein said sliding rail assembly further comprises an alignment arrangement to guide said cap accessory in position, wherein said alignment has a plurality of guiding indentions spacedly formed on an inner wall of said sliding slot and comprises a corresponding guiding protrusion outwardly projected from a rear wall of said guider head and arranged to engage with one of said guiding indentions when said guider head is rotatably slid along said sliding slot.  
     
     
         7 . The cap, as recited in  claim 2 , wherein said cap body is constructed by a plurality of leaves connected in edge to edge manner to form said cap cavity and an elongated brim strap encircling around bottom edges of said cap leaves, wherein an upper portion of said guiding rail is affixed to said bottom edges of said cap leaves and a lower portion of said guiding rail is affixed to an upper edge of said brim strap while said brim strap is inwardly flipped to attached to inner sides of said cap leaves to form said bottom brim in such a manner that said sliding slot is indented on said cap body around said bottom brim thereof.

The cap, as recited in  claim 4 , wherein said cap body is constructed by a plurality of leaves connected in edge to edge manner to form said cap cavity and an elongated brim strap encircling around bottom edges of said cap leaves, wherein an upper portion of said guiding rail is affixed to said bottom edges of said cap leaves and a lower portion of said guiding rail is affixed to an upper edge of said brim strap while said brim strap is inwardly flipped to attached to inner sides of said cap leaves to form said bottom brim in such a manner that said sliding slot is indented on said cap body around said bottom brim thereof.

The cap, as recited in  claim 6 , wherein said cap body is constructed by a plurality of leaves connected in edge to edge manner to form said cap cavity and an elongated brim strap encircling around bottom edges of said cap leaves, wherein an upper portion of said guiding rail is affixed to said bottom edges of said cap leaves and a lower portion of said guiding rail is affixed to an upper edge of said brim strap while said brim strap is inwardly flipped to attached to inner sides of said cap leaves to form said bottom brim in such a manner that said sliding slot is indented on said cap body around said bottom brim thereof.

The cap, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said sliding guider, having a C-shaped cross sectional, has a sliding slot having an opening facing towards said guiding rail, wherein said guiding rail comprises an elongated guiding arm encirclingly extended along said bottom brim of said cap body to said sliding slot through said opening thereof and an enlarged guiding head extended from said guiding arm within said sliding slot, so as to slidably engage said sliding guider with said guiding rail.

The cap, as recited in  claim 10 , wherein said cap body is constructed by a plurality of leaves connected in edge to edge manner to form said cap cavity and an elongated brim strap encircling around bottom edges of said cap leaves, wherein an upper portion of said guiding rail is affixed to said bottom edges of said cap leaves and a lower portion of said guiding rail is affixed to an upper edge of said brim strap while said brim strap is inwardly flipped to attached to inner sides of said cap leaves to form said bottom brim in such a manner that said guider head is protruded along said bottom brim of said cap body.

The cap, as recited in  claim 10 , wherein said sliding rail assembly further comprises an alignment arrangement to guide said cap accessory in position, wherein said alignment has a plurality of guiding indentions spacedly formed on upper and lower walls of said sliding slot respectively and comprises at least two corresponding guiding protrusions opposedly projected from a circumferential surface of said guider head in such a manner that when said sliding guider is slid along said guiding rail, said guiding protrusions are respectively engaged with said corresponding guiding indentions so as to retain said cap accessory in position.

The cap, as recited in  claim 11 , wherein said sliding rail assembly further comprises an alignment arrangement to guide said cap accessory in position, wherein said alignment has a plurality of guiding indentions spacedly formed on upper and lower walls of said sliding slot respectively and comprises at least two corresponding guiding protrusions opposedly projected from a circumferential surface of said guider head in such a manner that when said sliding guider is slid along said guiding rail, said guiding protrusions are respectively engaged with said corresponding guiding indentions so as to retain said cap accessory in position.

The cap, as recited in  claim 2 , wherein said guiding rail further has a second sliding slot, wherein said two sliding slots are parallelly extended along said bottom brim of said cap body while two sliding guiders are affixed to two said cap accessories to slidably engage with said two sliding slots respectively, so that said two cap accessories are capable of sliding along said bottom brim of said cap body individually.  
     
     
         15 . The cap, as recited in  claim 4 , wherein said guiding rail further has a second sliding slot, wherein said two sliding slots are parallelly extended along said bottom brim of said cap body while two sliding guiders are affixed to two said cap accessories to slidably engage with said two sliding slots respectively, so that said two cap accessories are capable of sliding along said bottom brim of said cap body individually.  
     
     
         16 . The cap, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said sliding rail assembly further comprises a size adjuster which comprises a first adjuster integrally extended from one end of said guiding rail and a second adjuster integrally extended from another opposed end of said guider rail and arranged to engage with said first adjuster to selectively adjust a circumferential size of said bottom brim of said cap body.  
     
     
         17 . The cap, as recited in  claim 3 , wherein said sliding rail assembly further comprises a size adjuster which comprises a first adjuster integrally extended from one end of said guiding rail and a second adjuster integrally extended from another opposed end of said guider rail and arranged to engage with said first adjuster to selectively adjust a circumferential size of said bottom brim of said cap body.  
     
     
         18 . The cap, as recited in  claim 10 , wherein said sliding rail assembly further comprises a size adjuster which comprises a first adjuster integrally extended from one end of said guiding rail and a second adjuster integrally extended from another opposed end of said guider rail and arranged to engage with said first adjuster to selectively adjust a circumferential size of said bottom brim of said cap body.  
     
     
         19 . The cap, as recited in  claim 16 , wherein said first adjuster has an engagement slot having a C-shaped cross sectional and a plurality of adjustment through grooves spacedly provided at upper and lower walls of said engagement slot, wherein said second adjuster comprises a V-shaped elastic adjuster arm having two engaging tips opposedly and outwardly extending, wherein said adjuster arm is arranged to slidably insert into said engagement slot so that said two engaging tips are inserted into said adjustment through grooves at said upper and lower walls of said engagement slot respectively to outside, so as to retain said circumferential size of said bottom brim of said cap body.

The cap, as recited in  claim 17 , wherein said first adjuster has an engagement slot having a C-shaped cross sectional and a plurality of adjustment through grooves spacedly provided at upper and lower walls of said engagement slot, wherein said second adjuster comprises a V-shaped elastic adjuster arm having two engaging tips opposedly and outwardly extending, wherein said adjuster arm is arranged to slidably insert into said engagement slot so that said two engaging tips are inserted into said adjustment through grooves at said upper and lower walls of said engagement slot respectively to outside, so as to retain said circumferential size of said bottom brim of said cap body.

The cap, as recited in  claim 18 , wherein said first adjuster has an engagement slot having a C-shaped cross sectional and a plurality of adjustment through grooves spacedly provided at upper and lower walls of said engagement slot, wherein said second adjuster comprises a V-shaped elastic adjuster arm having two engaging tips opposedly and outwardly extending, wherein said adjuster arm is arranged to slidably insert into said engagement slot so that said two engaging tips are inserted into said adjustment through grooves at said upper and lower walls of said engagement slot respectively to outside, so as to retain said circumferential size of said bottom brim of said cap body.  
     
     
         22 . The cap, as recited in  claim 16 , wherein said first adjuster has an engagement slot having a C-shaped cross sectional and a plurality of adjustment through grooves spacedly provided on a front wall of said engagement slot at an opening thereof, wherein said second adjuster has an elastic adjuster arm having a V-shaped cross sectional, and at least an engaging tip outwardly protruded from said adjuster arm in such a manner that when said adjuster arm is slidably inserted into said engagement slot, said engaging tip is selectively engaged with said adjustment through groove so as to retain said circumferential size of said bottom brim of said cap body.  
     
     
         23 . The cap, as recited in  claim 17 , wherein said first adjuster has an engagement slot having a C-shaped cross sectional and a plurality of adjustment through grooves spacedly provided on a front wall of said engagement slot at an opening thereof, wherein said second adjuster has an elastic adjuster arm having a V-shaped cross sectional, and at least an engaging tip outwardly protruded from said adjuster arm in such a manner that when said adjuster arm is slidably inserted into said engagement slot, said engaging tip is selectively engaged with said adjustment through groove so as to retain said circumferential size of said bottom brim of said cap body.  
     
     
         24 . The cap, as recited in  claim 18 , wherein said first adjuster has an engagement slot having a C-shaped cross sectional and a plurality of adjustment through grooves spacedly provided on a front wall of said engagement slot at an opening thereof, wherein said second adjuster has an elastic adjuster arm having a V-shaped cross sectional, and at least an engaging tip outwardly protruded from said adjuster arm in such a manner that when said adjuster arm is slidably inserted into said engagement slot, said engaging tip is selectively engaged with said adjustment through groove so as to retain said circumferential size of said bottom brim of said cap body.
