Trash apron and method of use

Abstract

A trash apron comprises a bag portion and two sashes or tie portions. The bag is pleated so that its volume can be expanded from its packaged size. The sashes are secured to each other to hold the apron around the persons waist. The bag pleats are expanded to increase the volume of the opening and the bag portion. Trash can be collected in the bag portion.

I claim:  
     
         1 . A method of collecting trash comprising the following steps, 
 picking up a trash apron, the trash apron having two sashes and a bag portion, the apron being made of flexible plastic, the bag portion being pleated and having and opening extending substantially from one sash to the other sash.    placing the sashes around a persons waist and securing the sashes to each other to hold the apron in place on the person.    expanding the pleats to increase the volume of the opening and the bag portions, and    collecting trash in the bag portion.
