Abstract

A device for conveying imbricated articles includes a feeder for feeding the articles in imbricated form to a conveyor. The feeder has at least one conveying belt as a conveying element. The conveying belt is guidable between guide bars, and a flexible pressure tube is provided for supporting the conveying belt.

We claim:  
     
         1 . A device for conveying imbricated articles, comprising: 
 a feeder for feeding the articles in imbricated form to a conveyor, said feeder having guide bars, at least one conveying belt to be guided between said guide bars as a conveying element, and a flexible pressure tube for supporting said conveying belt.    
     
     
         2 . The conveying device according to  claim 1 , wherein said flexible pressure tube has adjustable pressure therein.  
     
     
         3 . The conveying device according to  claim 1 , which further comprises fixed side plates, said flexible pressure tube being disposed between said fixed side plates.  
     
     
         4 . The conveying device according to  claim 1 , which further comprises a sliding element disposed between said flexible pressure tube and said conveying belt.  
     
     
         5 . The conveying device according to  claim 1 , wherein the imbricated articles are folded-flat folding boxes.
