Roller blade of rotation type
Abstract
A roller blade of rotation type is disclosed. The present invention provides a roller blade of rotation type which can be used as general shoes by rotating wheel mounting members with the operation of a rotation lever when a user of the roller blade should go up/down the stairs, or go across a crosswalk or an unpaved street and can be used again as a roller blade by rotating the wheel mounting members in a reverse direction after crossing the street. The roller blade having a boot according to the present invention has a frame combined to a sole of the boot; a rotation axle formed at the lower portion of the frame; wheel mounting members combined to both ends of the rotation axle; and a frame supporting member combined to the lower surface of the frame with maintaining a predetermined distance from the lower portion of the rotation axle.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A roller blade of rotation type having a boot, comprising:
a frame combined to a sole of said boot; a rotation axle formed at the lower portion of said frame; wheel mounting members combined to both ends of said rotation axle; and a frame supporting member combined to the lower surface of said frame with maintaining a predetermined distance from the lower portion of said rotation axle.
2 . The roller blade of rotation type as claimed in claim 1 , wherein wheel mounting member attaching plates for walking are respectively attached at the same sides of said wheel mounting members.
3 . The roller blade of rotation type as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a base plate for walking is attached at the lower surface of said frame supporting member.
4 . The roller blade of rotation type as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said frame comprises a boot supporting plate combined to the sole of said boot; a rotation axle fixing stand which is formed to be projected at the lower center of said boot supporting plate; torsion spring supporting members which are fixed to the lower surface of said boot supporting plate such that one is placed at an opposing side to the other centering around said rotation axle fixing stand with a predetermined distance; rotation axle supporting rings respectively combined to the lower surfaces of said torsion spring supporting members; a rotation lever torsion spring formed at the rear side of said rotation axle fixing stand to be inserted to a bolt which passes through said boot supporting plate; and a rotation lever combined at the lower portion of said rotation lever torsion spring by a nut.
5 . The roller blade of rotation type as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said rotation lever torsion spring has one end supported by said rotation lever and the other end supported by said torsion spring supporting member.
6 . The roller blade of rotation type as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said rotation axle comprises a rotation axle projection which perpendicularly passes through the circumference of said rotation axle 30 and is bent in one direction; rotation axle torsion springs respectively inserted to the inner sides of said rotation axle supporting rings through both ends of said rotation axle, said torsion spring supporting members supporting one ends of said rotation axle torsion springs; and rotation axle torsion spring supporting screws which are respectively fixed at the inner circumferences of said rotation axle torsion springs and support the other ends of said rotation axle torsion springs.
7 . The roller blade of rotation type as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said rotation lever is designed to operate in a reverse direction of the processing direction of a wheel.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
