Abstract
The present invention comprises homeopathic preparations of compounds, methods for using such preparations and delivery systems for the treatment of disease symptoms through the administration of these homeopathic compositions.

1 . A composition comprising a homeopathic preparation of Taurox SB, or related chemical including another derivative of Taurox SB or its core structure beta alanyl taurine, or beta alethine wherein the concentration of said the chemical is between about 10 −6 and 10 −100,000 molar.
2 . The composition according to claim 1 , additionally comprising at least one component selected from the group consisting of: a vitamin, a mineral, an amino acid, another Taurox SB dilution and traditional homeopathics.
3 . The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the composition is a liquid.
4 . The composition according to claim 3 , wherein said liquid is administered by aerosol spray.
5 . The composition as recited in claim 1 , wherein the composition is impregnated on a solid medium.
6 . The composition as recited in claim 5 , wherein said solid medium is selected from the group consisting of tablets, capsules, pellets (globules), and gel caps.
7 . A method for modulating virus levels in the serum or alleviating the symptoms of a virus infection of a patient comprising administering an effective amount of the composition of claim 1 to a patient.
8 . The method according to claim 7 , wherein said virus is selected from the group consisting of rhinoviruses, influenza viruses, hepatitis viruses, herpes viruses, retroviruses.
9 . The method according to claim 8 , wherein said virus is HIV.
10 . The method according to claim 8 , wherein said virus is hepatitis C virus.
11 . A method for modulating fatigue in a patient comprising administering an effective amount of the composition of claim 1 to said patient.
12 . A method for modulating allergic reactions in a patient comprising administering an effective amount of the composition of claim 1 to said patient.
13 . A composition comprising Taurox SB having a homeopathic potency selected from the group of dilutions consisting of 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X, 6X, 7X, 8X, 9X, 10X, 11X, 12X, 15 X, 20 X and 24 X H.P.U.S..
14 . A method for treating a patient suffering from one or more symptoms relevant the Materia Medica comprising administering an effective amount of the composition of claim 1 to said patient.

The method according to claim 14 , wherein said symptoms are selected from the group comprising sub-optimal immune function as indicated by chronic or recurrent disease states, viruses, colds, flu, hepatitis, HIV, human papilloma virus infections (warts) infecting the laryngeal, skin, and genitals, coughs, bronchitis, bronchiectasis, COPD, recurrent urinary track infections, recurrent upper respiratory infections, seborrheic keratosis, lichen planus, dysplasias, basal cell carcinomas as well as other cancers, periodontal disease, and immune deficiency diseases, immune conditions, metabolic conditions such as cachexia (cancer or viral related), fatigue (“chronic fatigue” or viral, immune, or cancer-related fatigue) and appetite abnormalities, pain and/or central nervous system ailments such as headaches, muscle aches and pains, pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS) and neurological problems.
16 . The homeopathic composition according to claim 1 , wherein said composition includes a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier solvent.
17 . The homeopathic composition according to claim 16 , wherein said carrier solvent is ethanol.
18 . The homeopathic composition according to claim 1 wherein said composition includes a pharmaceutically acceptable topical preparation.
19 . The homeopathic composition according to claim 18 , wherein said topical preparation is selected from a group consisting of: ointments, creams, lotions, liquids and gels.
20 . The homeopathic composition according to claim 19 , wherein said topical preparation is hydrophilic ointment.
21 . The homeopathic composition according to claim 16 , wherein said composition is administered by aerosol spray.
22 . The homeopathic composition according to claim 1 , wherein said composition is a liposomal preparation.
23 . The homeopathic composition according to claim 22 , wherein said liposomal preparation is selected from a group consisting of: ointments, creams, lotions, liquids and gels.
24 . The homeopathic composition according to claim 22 , wherein said liposomal preparation is a liquid.
25 . The homeopathic composition according to claim 23 , wherein said liposomal preparation is an ointment.
26 . The homeopathic composition according to claim 22 , wherein said liposomal liquid is administered by aerosol spray.
27 . A homeopathic composition of Taurox SB made by either the Hannemannian or Korssakovian method of attenuation or dilution.
28 . A method for alleviating the symptoms of a bacterial, fungal, parasitic or prion infection in a patient comprising administering an effective amount of the composition of claim 1 to a patient.
29 . A method for alleviating the symptoms arising from degenerative changes, physiological disorders, metabolic disorders, proliferative disorders, immune dysfunctions, infectious processes or immune disorders in a patient comprising administering an effective amount of the composition of claim 1 to a patient.
30 . The method according to claim 14 , wherein said effective amount of the composition according to claim 1 is a two or more different dilutions.
31 . A method to increase the effectiveness of a vaccine or otherwise modifies an immune response in a patient comprising administering an effective amount of the composition of claim 1 to a patient.
32 . A method to modulate cravings for tobacco, alcohol, marijuana, other drugs of abuse or foods in a patient comprising administering an effective amount of the composition of claim 1 to a patient.
