Abstract

A container for packaging fluid or pasty products, particularly cosmetic products, medicinal products and the like, comprising a hollow body for containing fluid or pasty products, provided with a mouth, a cap detachably associable with the body to cover the mouth, a closure for sealing the mouth, which is monolithically and detachably associated therewith, a seat for accommodating the closure, formed inside the cap, and connectors for connecting the closure to the seat, so as to prevent mutual rotation or sliding of the closure and the seat or both, the closure being disengageable from the mouth and accommodatable in the seat upon a first removal of the cap.

What is claimed is:

. A container for packaging fluid or pasty products, comprising: a hollow body for containing fluid or pasty products, which is provided with a mouth for the passage of said products; a cap, which is detachably associable with said body so as to cover said mouth; a closure for sealing said mouth, which is monolithically associated therewith by way of temporary coupling means, and, respectively, detachable from the mouth; a seat for accommodating said closure, which is formed inside said cap; and connection means for connecting said closure to said seat, so as to prevent rotation or sliding of the closure and the seat or both, with respect to each other, the closure being detachable from the mouth and being jointly accommodatable in said seat upon a first removal of said cap from said hollow containment body.

. The container of claim 1 , comprising a dispenser formed at one end of said hollow containment body and a neck arranged in continuation of said dispenser and at the top of which said mouth is formed.

. The container of claim 1 , wherein said temporary coupling means comprise a breakable annular portion for connecting said closure to a perimetric area of said mouth.

. The container of claim 1 , wherein said seat is formed by a cup that protrudes into said cap and is snugly fittable over said closure.

. The container of claim 1 , wherein said connection means comprise interlocking elements that are formed complementarily to each other in said closure and in said seat, respectively.

. The container of claim 1 , wherein said connection means comprise a plurality of slots and complementary ridges formed on an outer lateral surface of said closure and on an inner lateral surface of said seat.

. The container of claim 1 , wherein said connection means comprise a side-fit coupling that is formed between said closure and said seat.

. The container of claim 2 , wherein said seat comprises an extension constituted by a tubular tab that is fittable hermetically on a top part of the neck of said dispenser.

. The container of claim 2 , further comprising temporary fixing means for temporarily fixing said cap to said hollow containment body.

. The container of claim 9 , wherein said cap comprises an internal hood that is fittable over the neck of said dispenser and inside which said seat is formed, said temporary fixing means being formed between said hood and said neck.

. The container of claim 10 , wherein said temporary fixing means are of a screw type, mutual rotation between the cap and the hollow containment body at a first opening of the container being suitable to disengage said closure from said mouth.

. The container of claim 2 , wherein said hollow containment body comprises an opening that is formed at said end thereof and is couplable to said dispenser, said hollow body having a bottom which is closed.

. The container of claim 2 , comprising anchoring means for anchoring said dispenser to said hollow body.

. The container of claim 13 , wherein said anchoring means are constituted by interlocking means.

. The container of claim 13 , wherein said anchoring means are constituted by a heat-sealed portion.

. The container of claim 13 , wherein said anchoring means are constituted by an ultrasound-sealed portion.

. The container of claim 2 , wherein said dispenser is formed monolithically with said end of the hollow containment body, said hollow body comprising a bottom which is open and closeable in order to package said products.
