Claims

Abstract

An ozone water producing apparatus comprises: a gas-liquid mixing vessel having a water-discharging port near the bottom and a gas-discharging port at an upper portion; an inner vessel inside the gas-liquid mixing vessel, having an upper opening positioned lower than the gas-discharging port; a main conduit having one end extending into the gas-liquid mixing vessel and opening at a lower portion inside the inner vessel, and having an end connected to a pressure source of water via a water-supplying valve; a gas-induction conduit having one end connecting to the main conduit, and having an end connected to a gas-induction valve; a gas-discharging conduit having one end connected to the gas-discharging port, and having an end connected to a gas-discharging valve; a communicating conduit connecting the gas-induction valve and the gas-discharging valve; an ozone generator connected to the communicating conduit; and an ozone-decomposing catalyst vessel connected to the communicating conduit.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . An ozone water producing apparatus comprising: 
 a gas-liquid mixing vessel with a closed structure having a water-discharging port near the bottom thereof and a gas-discharging port at an upper portion thereof;    an inner vessel provided inside said gas-liquid mixing vessel, said inner vessel having an upper opening positioned lower than said gas-discharging port of said gas-liquid mixing vessel;    a main conduit having one end extending into said gas-liquid mixing vessel and opening at a lower portion inside said inner vessel, and having an other end connected to a pressure source of material water via a water-supplying valve;    a gas-induction conduit having one end connecting to a point along said main conduit, and having an other end connected to an outlet of a gas-induction valve;    a gas-discharging conduit having one end connected to said gas-discharging port of said gas-liquid mixing vessel, and having an other end connected to an inlet of a gas-discharging valve;    a communicating conduit connecting an inlet of said gas-induction valve and an outlet of said gas-discharging valve;    an ozone generator connected to said communicating conduit; and    an ozone-decomposing catalyst vessel connected to said communicating conduit.    
     
     
         2 . An ozone water producing apparatus according to  claim 1 , comprising a water-discharging conduit having one end connected to said water-discharging port of said gas-liquid mixing vessel, and having an other end opened for supplying ozone water to the outside, 
 said water-discharge conduit being provided with a portion which bends upwardly above said water-discharge port, whereby when said water-supply valve is closed, ozone water remaining within said gas-liquid mixing vessel seals the section of said water-discharging port.    
     
     
         3 . An ozone water producing apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein a conduit length from said ozone-generating section to said inlet of said gas-induction valve and a conduit length of said communicating conduit are made to be short.  
     
     
         4 . An ozone water producing apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein a portion of said ozone-decomposing catalyst vessel is opened to the atmosphere.  
     
     
         5 . An ozone water producing apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein 
 a water-level sensor for detecting a water level is provided in said gas-liquid mixing vessel; and    a valve arranged along said main conduit is operated according to signals from said water-level sensor.    
     
     
         6 . An ozone water producing apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein said gas-liquid mixing vessel is divided into two sections, and one section is taken as said inner vessel.  
     
     
         7 . An ozone water producing apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein 
 said ozone generator includes an electrolysis cell, and    gas concentration of the liquid discharged from said gas-liquid mixing vessel is controlled by controlling an electric current applied to said electrolysis cell.    
     
     
         8 . A gas-liquid mixture producing apparatus comprising: 
 a closed vessel having a water-discharging port near the bottom thereof and a gas-discharging port at an upper portion thereof;    an inner vessel disposed at the inner bottom surface of said closed vessel, a top portion of said inner vessel being opened to an inside of said closed vessel, said top portion of said inner vessel positioned lower than said gas-discharging port of said closed vessel;    means for supplying water into said inner vessel, communicating an inside of said inner vessel with a water source via a water regulating valve;    means for supplying gas into said inner vessel, introducing gas into said water supply means from a gas generator via a gas regulating valve;    means for returning gas discharged from said gas-discharging port of said closed vessel to said gas supplying means; and    means for removing gas connected to said gas returning means.    
     
     
         9 . A gas-liquid mixture producing apparatus according to  claim 8 , further comprising means for detecting a water level in said closed vessel, said water level detecting means transmitting control signals to said water regulating valve.
