Bag-making and packaging machine equipped with a stocker apparatus

Abstract

A bag-making and packaging machine equipped with a stocker apparatus which receives bags that are successively fed out from a bag-making apparatus, stacks a predetermined number of bags, and supplies the stacked groups of bags to a packaging apparatus. The stocker apparatus has stocking sections that are capable of stocking bags in groups, and such stocking sections as a whole can be raised and lowered simultaneously. When the operation of the packaging apparatus is temporarily stopped, groups of bags are successively stocked in the stocking sections of the stocker apparatus; as a result, the operation of the bag-making apparatus can be continued.

1 . A bag-making and packaging machine equipped with a stocker apparatus, wherein said bag-making and packaging machine comprises: 
 a bag-making apparatus which manufactures bags by unrolling a film that is rolled up in a form of a roll and by performing a bag-making operation, which includes sealing and cutting, while feeding said film in a direction of length of said film,    a stocker apparatus which receives said bags that are successively fed out from said bag-making apparatus, stacks a predetermined number of said bags, and feeds out said bags stacked,    a bag-supplying apparatus which receives said bags supplied by said stocker apparatus and successively feeds out said bags, and    a packaging apparatus which performs, while causing said bags supplied by said bag-supplying apparatus to move, a packaging operation that includes filling of said bag with contents and sealing of mouths of said bags; and wherein 
 said stocker apparatus is provided with a plurality of stocking sections that are capable of stocking said bags in groups, and said bags in groups are successively stocked in said stocking sections when an operation of said packaging apparatus is temporarily stopped, thus allowing an operation of said bag-making apparatus to be continued.  
   
     
     
         2 . The bag-making and packaging machine equipped with a stocker apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein in said stocker apparatus: 
 said plurality of stocking sections are disposed in a vertical direction at specified intervals, and    a raising-and-lowering means that raises and lowers said stocking sections simultaneously is provided.    
     
     
         3 . The bag-making and packaging machine equipped with a stocker apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein a bag-making speed of said bag-making apparatus is lowered when said packaging apparatus is temporarily stopped.  
     
     
         4 . The bag-making and packaging machine equipped with a stocker apparatus according to  claim 2 , wherein a bag-making speed of said bag-making apparatus is lowered when said packaging apparatus is temporarily stopped.
