Abstract

The above and related objects are achieved by providing a hand exerciser comprising a ball like chamber in a ball like device with or without a clicker, grip like or spring like mechanism in it used to help strengthen the hand, fingers and forearm.

         1 . In this device it is used for strengthening, arthritis, rehab of carpal tunnel syndrome and/or stress of the hand, fingers and/or forearm.  
     
     
         2 . In this device it is used medically and for sports as a strengthener, preventative, and rehab for injuries.  
     
     
         3 . In this device with an inner chamber with or without the clicker, grip like or spring like device in the center there is an increased corrective power in strengthening the hand, fingers and/or forearm for medicine and sports.
