Claims
Abstract
A novel aquatic system that includes a motorized housing which can be propelled across a body of water. The motorized housing is coupled to a tethering line that can be used to provide a command to stop and/or control the movement of the housing. The line may be coupled to a rod and reel used to pull the housing back to the operator. The housing may be shaped as a fish and contain an off-center weight that vibrates and provides the simulated experience of “catching the fish”.

a housing; a motor coupled to said housing; a propulsion device coupled to said motor; and, a first line coupled to said motor.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein said housing is shaped as a boat.

4 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising a switch that is coupled to said first line and said motor.
5 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising a rod that is coupled to said first line.
6 . The system of claim 5 , further comprising a reel that is coupled to said first line and said rod.
7 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising a transmitter and a receiver that are coupled to said first line.
8 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising a second line attached to said housing.
9 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising an off-center weight coupled to said motor.
10 . The system of claim 1 , wherein said housing includes a rudder.
11 . An aquatic system, comprising:
housing means for floating on the water; propulsion means for moving said housing means across the water; and, control means for controlling said propulsion means.
12 . The system of claim 11 , wherein said housing means includes a housing that is shaped as a boat.
13 . The system of claim 11 , wherein said housing means includes a housing that is shaped as a fish.
14 . The system of claim 11 , wherein said propulsion means includes a motor and said control means includes a first line and a switch that is coupled to said first line and said motor.
15 . The system of claim 14 , further comprising a rod that is coupled to said first line.
16 . The system of claim 15 , further comprising a reel that is coupled to said first line and said rod.
17 . The system of claim 14 , wherein said control means includes a transmitter and a receiver that are coupled to said first line.
18 . The system of claim 11 , further comprising a second line attached to said housing means.
19 . The system of claim 14 , wherein said propulsion means includes an off-center weight coupled to said motor.
20 . The system of claim 11 , wherein said housing means includes a rudder.
21 . An aquatic system, comprising:
a housing; a motor coupled to said housing; an off-center weight coupled to said motor; a propellor coupled to said motor; a switch coupled to said motor; a first line coupled to said switch; a reel coupled to said first line; and, a rod coupled to said first line and said reel.
22 . The system of claim 21 , wherein said housing is shaped as a boat.
23 . The system of claim 21 , wherein said housing is shaped as a fish.
24 . The system of claim 21 , further comprising a transmitter and a receiver that are coupled to said first line.
25 . The system of claim 21 , further comprising a second line attached to said housing.
26 . The system of claim 21 , wherein said housing includes a rudder.
27 . A method for operating an aquatic system, comprising:
propelling a housing across a body of water while being coupled to a line; commanding the housing to stop; and, pulling the housing across the water with the line.
28 . The method of claim 27 , wherein the housing is commanded by pulling the line.
