Abstract

The users weight is distributed evenly between the stomach bench, Multi-position handgrips, and the elbow braces while running or walking in an upright position on the manuel treadmill. Because of this even distribution, stress is diverted away from the ankles, knees,and hips of the user. Therefore lower impact. Lower impact means the user can push heavier than normal leg weights for resistance exercises. Lower impact also means possibilities for physical rehabilitation. Straps attached to the top of the main frame unit of the invention, hold and support the added leg weight bags that can be attached to the users legs. While the user, who is balanced between the stomach bench, multi-position handgrips, and elbow braces, can push the leg weight bags forward, all while in an upright running position.

I claim:  
     
         1 . An exercise device comprising a long and slanted main frame section. On this section are two elbow braces and two multi-position handgrips, A long and straight middle standard section balance bar with an adjustable padded stomach bench for the forward leaning motion and weight dispursement of the user. One manuel treadmill that has a forward decline. One Swivel bench, that is attached to the base of the main frame unit. This bench mounted on a pole that can be positioned directly over the manuel treadmill and then can be rotated counter clockwise out of the way, and then rotated clockwise back over the manuel treadmill. The unique method of body weight distribution that minimizes impact to the running surface due to the combination of the adjustable balance bar with the adjustable stomach bench, the adjustable multi-position handgrips, adjustable elbow braces, swivel bench, and manuel treadmill is extremely effective in acheiving the desired result and is a first in its design for physical fitness and physical rehabilitation.
