Arrangement for one-armed batteries provided with electromagnetic shut-off valve
Abstract
The invention relates to one-armed batteries provided with an electromagnetic shut-off valve, comprising a battery cartridge for controlling the amount and ratio of the cold and warm water. The inlet holes for the cold and warm water, and the outlet hole for the mixed water are developed on the bottom plane of this battery cartridge, whereas at the upper part the operating element of the battery arm is situated. It is characteristic for the arrangement according to the invention that an in se known socket ( 7 ) consisting of a cylindrical body is fitted to the bottom of the battery cartridge ( 8 ), the jacket of said body has two circumpositioned seals ( 20 ). Three channels ( 13,14,15 ) are to be found in the socket ( 7 ), being in a sealed connection with the inlet holes ( 8 ) and the outlet hole ( 10 ) of the battery cartridge ( 8 ). The channel ( 15 ) connected to the outlet hole ( 10 ) enters a window ( 11 ) cut into the jacket of the socket ( 7 ) between the seals ( 20 ), whereas channels ( 13,14 ) connected to the inlet holes interconnect the two front planes ( 12,16 ) of the socket ( 7 ). In the installed state, the window ( 11 ) is in a water transporting connection with the outlet tube ( 6 ) of the battery ( 1 ), whereas the through-going channels ( 13,14 ) with the network water mains transporting the cold and warm water. In the socket ( 7 ), opposite to the channel ( 15 ) opening into the window ( 11 ), a nest is developed coaxially, and an electromagnetic valve unit ( 18 ) is fixed in the nest from the opposite side of the battery cartridge ( 8 ), which reaches through the window ( 11 ) and is fitted to the channel ( 15 ).
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Arrangement for one-armed batteries provided with electromagnetic shut-off valve, in which the amount and ratio of cold and warm water is controlled by a battery cartridge, the inlet holes for introducing cold and warm water, and the outlet hole for letting out the mixed water are developed on the bottom plane of the battery cartridge, and the operating element connected to the arm of the battery is situated onto its top part, characterized in that an in se known socket ( 7 ) comprising a cylindrical body is fitted to the bottom of the battery cartridge ( 8 ), the jacket of said body has two circumpositioned seals ( 20 ), in the socket ( 7 ) three channels ( 13 , 14 , 15 ) are to be found in a sealed connection with the inlet holes and outlet hole ( 10 ) of the battery cartridge ( 8 ); the channel ( 15 ) connected to the outlet hole ( 10 ) overrides the window ( 11 ) cut into the jacket of the socket ( 7 ) between the seals ( 20 ), whereas channels ( 13 , 14 ) connected to the inlet holes interconnect the two front planes ( 12 , 16 ) of the socket ( 7 ); in the installed state the window ( 11 ) is in water transporting connection with the outlet tube ( 6 ) of the battery ( 1 ) whereas the through-going channels ( 13 , 14 ) with the network transporting the cold and warm water; in the socket ( 7 ), opposite to the channel ( 15 ) overriding the window ( 11 ) a nest is developed coaxially, and an electromagnetic valve unit ( 18 ) is fixed in the nest from the opposite side of the battery cartridge ( 8 ), which overrides the window ( 11 ) and is fitted to the channel ( 15 ).
